Customer service is subpar. We walked in while Someone was cleaning the door. He did not even look up and acknowledge he had customers. I would hope that anyone in front of the public would at least SPEAK to paying customers. They were snappy behind the counter. Extra assertive for no reason. Be better with customer service!!

All I can say isJESSE WAS INCREDIBLE He should manage the store. The MOD she wasn’t helpful and made small talk but he stayed FOCUSED, COURTEOUS.and was skillful and knowledgeable!!!! Wow this young man impressed me Don’t let him leave AUTOZONE he is the only rockstar in that location!

Even though this place seems to always be crowded, the staff are polite and helpful and never steal your time for other customers' impatients.
