UPDATE: The dealership has now had our vehicle for 2 WEEKS.
We bought a used Infinity QX60 about a two months ago. A sensor light was on so it was written into the contract that they would repair this. They have had our car for a total of5 days, it’s still not fixed, and the communication is lacking at best (calls are either not returned or the phone is not answered). We have been extremely patient but our patience is wearing thin. They do seem to be trying to honor the contract but we can’t help but feel that there is little priority for this repair since we already purchased the car. Maybe we should have asked for this to be repaired BEFORE purchasing the car??

Genuinely nice salespeople but they are programed to try and sell you higher priced vehicles than what you are looking for. A+ for the effort but I won't be back anytime soon.
