“Rick and Mike in service are always fabulous to work with. Rick really came through this weekend. Friday, my car started to make a whirling noise when I took my foot off the gas. I talked to Rick and dropped my car off Saturday morning not expecting any work to be done for a few days. I get a text Saturday afternoon that the work was done. Rick knew I was going to the playoff game so he knew I would not be able to pick it up. I came and picked up the car this morning. He told me there was a cancelation Saturday, so he was able to get the car services, and the extended warranty covered it. I highly recommend Rick and Mike and the Motorcars Volvo service department.”
“Just had my third body work done since 2013. In all three times they have been consistently excellent. What I appreciated most as an out of pocket self pay customer is that in each time they were able to save me unnecessary extra cost by fixing minor things without compromising quality where others said they need to replace these expensive parts. Today I noticed front bumper sensor was beeping more often than previously before repair and was somewhat wobbly in its socket. I stopped at the store half hour before they closed. Frank was the only one left getting ready to leave. I offered to come later but he insisted on taking care of it right then. It took him twenty minutes and a big abrasion on his forearm and it was all perfectly fixed. This is the old fashioned way of doing business. Skilled, honest, advocate on your behalf and take care of the job all the way.

“I broke my leaf springs. I overloaded my trailer. I drove out to JTI. They had everything I needed. Plus the prices are reasonable. I've been going here many of years. I bought a trailer from them, 9years back in 2015 I believe. I still have that trailer today. I had my trailer gate fixed and welded, purchased hubs, they repaired an axle for me that I broke. No fault of theirs. I bought wheels here for my trailer. If you need some work done I believe you still have to make an appointment they are pretty busy. At the time when I needed work done they were about 2 weeks to a month out. But if you go here you won't go wrong. I've never had a problem with JTI. If you need anything done with your trailer I recommend JTI”
“John and the general manager took care of us during a bad situation getting rear ended while taking our kindergartener to school in the morning by a uninsured motorist our car was brand new and badly damaged and John made this car which he said was a huge job look new again!
