Benjamin was my service agent and he was very patient and accomodating. I made a handful of errors booking online and despite it being near close he was willing to make sure I was able to complete the work. Many sales agents could have been understandably frustrated but he remained professional.

We were 325 miles from home and discovered a huge metal object in one of our tires. Alison was great in getting us scheduled to get a new tire installed. We were there less than a hour and back on the road. Service could not have been better.

I highly recommend the Bedford Audi service center in northeast Ohio. Their service is consistently honest, timely, and the customer service is exceptional. I've had great experiences, making it the only Audi service center I trust for my needs in the region.

The reason for my decision is that the human element has been taken out. When I called I never spoke to anyone. I received a video that never worked, however they sent me a bill and had me pay but couldn’t speak to anyone. Although it’s only one day, my vehicle seems to be working fine.
