Friendly employees. When I parked for next day delivery...cops woke me up..told me I had to park down the road at fuel right. Thieves had been breaking in stuff.Park big rigs at fuel right down the street..... police notice !!!!

Arrived at 4:45 on a Saturday. Hours were listed as open until 5:30. Place was deserted. Appears to be only a warehouse location and not a retail store.

Truck entrance on the South side of the building. The receiving door is in the center of the building. I walked up and knocked on the door, there is no ringer. Great and friendly people. Easy instructions on drop and hooks. I hope to come back soon. Thank you.

Excellent quality and customer service. Over the past 10 years, I've purchased several pieces from their Legacy Village location as well as the Arhaus Loft in Brooklyn- dressers, chairs, cabinets, buffet. Well-made pieces that are classically designed and stand the test of time. Yes, they cost more, but you get what you pay for- eco-friendly, quality materials built in the USA. Still enjoying pieces purchased many years ago. Love this store!

Although our sales person was helpful in designing our new room. I will never use this company again. Several early issues with pricing and offers-had to elevate and fight to resolve it. Longer than expected delivery time. Now, significant interest charges assessed just after the 12 months 0% interest promotion. It is not 0%- it is simply deferred full interest. You will be charged for the entire year at once if not paid in full. My understanding from conversations with Arhaus was that it started charging interest on the balance at the end of the promotional period forward. This is not the case. This cost me almost 30% extra on my purchase, which was already a splurge for us.
