? ??????????????No one that was there yesterday left with a car. They Approved me for a car an said bring 500 but keep going up on price an they did a lot of HIPAA he had two clients at one time saying there information and other person. From my understanding you can't do that once you're approved for the car u was supposed to see what car u was approved for never seen the car I was approved for and he told them that they would need more money.

Shamikita was absolutely wonderful. She made this a simple and enjoyable process. I traveled 2 hours to get a car and she had everything ready for me all I had to do was sign and pay. Truly went about and beyond..I HIGHLY recommend going here and seeing her.. very welcoming personality on top of the. I'd give 10 stars

I’ve gotta put over $6000 into a car not even worth $6000 but I owe $10,000 on it. I’ve asked for help and I’m rerouted to the warranty department that NEVER answers. If you’re expecting a vehicle that lasts longer than a year and is safe for you and your children I’d recommend looking else where. I’m out of a car and still making payments oh… and they won’t give me a different car until I pay off an additional 5 grand on the broken lemon I was sold. Save your money & your family the headache because these people DO NOT CARE.

Please don't buy a car form here these people they don't care about you. They sold me a junk car that broke down completely in less than 24 hours and they'll still expect you to pay for it at full price. Lisa warranty is a scam they won't fix anything unless you take them to court. Buy a car somewhere else.

Do not recommend. I was sold a faulty vehicle. Havent had the vehicle for 2 full years before i had to put thousands of dollars into it to get it fixed. And when i tried to get into another vehicle or see if theres any help they can provide i was told by them and the finance company they use that there is nothing they can do. I have paid just as much in getting the car fixed as i have in paying the note. Nothing i had fixed was covered under the warranty and they are not willing to help

They sold me a flood car,it had snails that are only found in the south,giant slugs,the vehicle was worth $2700 as is,the vin comes back as a different SUV,won't pass the first aims test,engine light came on 6 days after I bout it for $30,122.00 and shekita is always busy when I call,the electrical is shot,engine smokes,overheats,I can't put it on highway,I pay $132.57 every week the finance company adds late fees when they want,should be after 10 days late,they will repo u if u argue with them and if u owe half a payment,then sum hillbillies in Akron will tear up your rims,ransack your belongings and surround u when u show up to pick up the vehicle in Akron,then follow u around town after u leave with your car.ive called federal trade commission,attorney general.abc also defrauded me of my trade in,they agreed to give me $800 for my 2000 Ford escort,they gave me $1 and wrote it up in a way that after sticker/contract shock,u wouldn't notice yoy got $1,credit for yoyr car that had less miles on it than the one u were buying,mine had 89,000 miles and was a classic,i never agreed to $1.00,i woulda kept it first.they stole it if they didnt pay me for it right? They are accused of fraud,forgery,theft,they listed stuff that's not on the car on the sticker,(voids contract), the mileage on the sticker is different from the mileage on the contract(voids contract) they did not tell me I was buying a flood car for $30,122.00,and the entire car has molded seats and smells so bad we can't get in it longer than 20 mins without headaches,runny noses,and clothes smell of mildew,seats get damp when it rains,windshield leaks,door lock and unlock ob they own like its possessed,and it has 19to29 recalls on the car,no manuak and water lines up to the rubber on the windows,I want outta this lemob and a full refund,plus damages,they also forced a 2yr warranty on me for $2000,that only covers important components the 1st yr.they gave me a broken clicker,a cracked key,no gas oil air in tires had nail in one tire,brake bulbs out,fuses blew,no maintenance,all fluids were empty which is how u get over selling a flood car,things don't smoke etc. if they empty,and she really rushed us off lit,saying "get outta here before I change my mind"! All because I was fussing about no gas oil change extra key etc.. we drove off lot and went straight to gastation.its been an non stop expense since we signed the papers.and had a car payment 3 days after. They take advantage of people with no credit,to the fullest. I want them stripped of they privileges to deal with the public,they are crooks and I'm going to see that they are held responsible for every person they have done this to,and I won't stop til they are be behind bars,I am a senior citizen,on oxygen with a fixed income,they saw me coming.

While the overall car buying process was easy. They sell a bunch of cars with various problems. Be aware when buying. I bought a car whose transmission blew the moment i left off the lot. Trying to contact your sales person is a joke as well. They will take your money and F your credit. Please be aware!! Save your money and go else where. You do not want to end up like me. Check the BBB! They have sold people lemons with no regret. A lawsuit is coming for their messed up practices! Also all these 5 star reviews, they rquire you to give rhem a review as part of the paper work signing to seem like they are a good company!

I’m writing this review to warn other of my experience. I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from this company and enjoyed it for a full 48 hours before I started to experience transmission issues. I then contacted them and initially I felt comfort when they offered to have me bring the vehicle back to get serviced, unfortunately this did not solve the issue. I requested another vehicle and or a loaner vehicle until everything was squared away and was denied! This is extremely frustrating as I made this purchase for convenience of my daily commute and has yet to be able to do so, instead I’m stuck hitching rides and paying for expensive ride share options that I needed to avoid as I am going through on going treatment for my social anxiety being forced to interact with someone else essentially a stranger for transportation has put a great strain on my mental health. I have continued to contact the dealership and was instructed today to go through my warranty that basically it’s my problem now. In closing I would not recommend this company they are selling lemons.
