Had a great experience, start to finish. Needed my brakes done, or so I assumed, and was correct! Lol reached out and made contact with Holly. She couldn’t have been nicer. She explained the process and then invited me in at my convenience. I had to change the appointment time a few times and she worked with me easily. It was an easy intake process and I was back out the door. Holly called later in the day to walk me through my options and provide a quote. It was more than fair and I agreed to have the work done. My car was finished the next day and I got a call from Doug. Doug was great to chat with and made it convenient for me to pick up my vehicle. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much!

We brought my Mom's car in this week and it was the best experience we've ever had at an auto repair shop! We have a Nissan that had a leak and was hesitating on the road. Since Nissans are known to have transmission issues, we were very concerned. What could have easily been a stressful situation for us, felt more like we had went to a spa after visiting Tri-D. We received world-class service from the entire team. The fact that you are able to have a scheduled appointment time and receive one-on-one care already makes the experience a breeze. The mechanic, Bruce, was very easy-going and had innovative, straight-forward solutions for our issue. The car was fixed in just a few hours and drives like it's brand new. We are still in awe. The entire team, Bruce, Doug, and Holly, are all incredibly friendly and genuinely care about your experience. To top it off, the shop is immaculately clean, organized and beautiful, a comfortable place to be. We are so happy with the service that this will be our go-to shop for all future vehicle maintenance and repairs. I cannot recommend them enough! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you all again for the wonderful experience! Tri-D Automotive is a class act.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and decided to have my oil change and inspection done at Tri-D Automotive. From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The oil change and inspection were completed promtly, I found the cost to be more than fair. I recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car maintenance and repair.

Highly recommend Tri-D Automotive if you’re in the Bedford, Maple, Solon area. Great experience every time I go, and customer service is second to none. Also they work fast and great with same day appointments. I’ve been coming for 3+ years and they haven’t let me down once.

I found myself in a predicament yesterday when my car blew a heater gasket off 271 in Bedford Hts. I was able to make my way down to Advance Auto and buy parts i thought would work to get me going but unfortunately it was a swing and a miss. Trying to save myself another 1.5 mile walk to the parts store I called around to local shops to see if they had anything in stock that I could use. The first shop (which will remain nameless) basically told me to get bent. The second was Tri-D. Holly put me on speaker and I spoke directly to the mechanic, told him what I needed and he thought he had a few options that would help. I offered to walk down and pick them up but Holly refused and drove the parts up to me. When she arrived I looked over the options and found one that would work and got it installed. Holly stayed until the parts were going to work and then would only accept the wrong part in trade, she would not take any money for the part she provided to me.I received the kind of service that you can only dream about nowadays. I can not speak highly enough about Holly, and honestly if i lived closer i would use them just based on this experience alone.

I enjoyed doing business with Tri-D Automotive. Holly was very nice when assisting me with my vehicle repairs they gave my car an inspection and let me know what repairs were needed. They did a great job on my rear brakes! I highly recommend this place!
