We come every Tuesday here for the past two months and never had an issue fields weren't bad and the people. 2 weeks ago we reserved a field for today for 9 o'clock and most of us drove 20-40 minutes to find out the person never put it in like he told us. CALEB in the front office wasn't helpful at all and jokingly gave us the phone number to call the managers office knowing she's not there. There was a field available which I figured shouldnt have been an issue for us to use since it was clearly their fault. We been a consistent customer for two months and had no plans to change other wise...

We came to this field every Tuesday for the past two months and never had an issue. The Fields weren't bad, and the people were good.However, 2 weeks ago, we reserved a field for today for 9 o'clock, and the majority of us drove 20-40 minutes to find out the person didn't put our reservation on the schedule like he told us. Caleb in the front office wasn't helpful at all. Like a joke, He gave us the phone number to call the managers office, knowing she's not there. Even though its their fault for not putting in the reservation, He kept on saying that their company policy says that they can't make same day reservation. The funny part is that the field we reserved 2 weeks prior was empty, which I figured shouldn't have been an issue for us to use since it was clearly their fault for not putting in our reservation. We have been a consistent customer for the last two months and had no plans to change until the recent events.Overall, customer satisfaction is -10, customer support is terrible, after the unprofessional and bad attitude we received from Force Sports we won't be coming back to play again. They lost a loyal customer for not showing respect and by not doing their job and wasting our time.

We scheduled a soccer game for today two weeks ago. We play every week on the same day. The guy in the front office was far from helping us and told us we did not schedule and we cannot schedule on the same day for an available field. He said that was a club policy. Unfortunately nobody helped us to play and there was zero customer care. 12 people drove back home couldn't play the game in the available field because of the mistake front office guys ?. Terrible.

Multiple experiences of missed bookings. They don’t allow u to book in person so you have to do it in the phone. You go to book on the phone they say u have it but don’t provide any confirmation on it. Just the employees word. The employees word has had at least 4-5 missed bookings made. The managers only work in the morning so their is no accountability for late night bookings and the employees will only ever say that’s above my pay grade or I don’t know

All fields in this facility. It is easy in and out limited parking. 1 large field and 1 small.

This place is a complete dump and a huge liability. Some examples: filthy, crumbling interior, outdoor parking lot riddled with potholes and absolutely no lighting (I was very worried driving with kids coming in and out at night time not to mention the security risk), field material that dislodges and gets on everything. The condition of this facility is unacceptable and I hope the owners see this and take some pride in the facility they provide the community.

I have been at this facility few times coaching during games. The staff is somewhat friendly and the facility is fairly clean. However, I am not a fan of their fields’ turf as its technology with crumb rubber or pellets is old and controversial. Those tiny pellets get EVERYWHERE. Additionally, the fees of games, leagues and rental for practice are outrageous, very uncompetitive and unaffordable to some people.

Nice turf, nice basketball courts. Building is outdated and in dire need of refurbishments. Also it can be quite difficult to arrange times for practices/clinics on the field.

Nice facility for what kids need to practice. Could use a little touch up here and there. But overall Good staff good coaches, nice place.

A little chaotic today, but fun to coach the kids. Place was packed with different sports happening at the same time.
