“We are a single car family and I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing job. Bruno and Derek offered to drive me home instead of waiting the 4+ hours.Above and beyond from these guys. I was able to secure a ride back to the shop and the two greeted me and had me out the door and on the road within minutes. They could’ve just told me to wait but they actually cared enough to get me back home and offered to pick me up if I hadn’t secured a ride back when the job was done. On my way to one of those places I saw Tire Choice and stopped on a whim. They took care of me, repaired the nail hole and I was on my way in an hour. $33. I’m extremely pleased with the efficient service. And the price.”

“I had a tire with a very slow leak. Other places were unable to find the cause and repair it. I brought my car to Beachwood NTB for a routine tire rotation and mentioned the slow leak without any expectation that they would be able to find it. Within just a few minutes Kenny called me to the door and showed me the tiny nail that my tire had picked up causing the slow leak. He very quickly repaired the tire and I no longer have a leak. “Very fast and professional! I dropped in with my own tires from Tire Rack and they had them installed in 30 min. Perfectly balanced and inflated to the correct PSI for my Ford Transit Van, which they also taught me how to do correctly: I had thought 35-40 psi for all tires, they pointed out that these vans need higher in rear to carry heavier loads and Ford recommendation for front was also higher, like 45 front 70 rear. Thanks for straightening me out guys! Will be back next time I am due for a tire change.”
