Super super happy with our new purchase. We were treated with great hospitality and given all information needed for vehicle. Drove 2 hours to get vehicle 2x. One to see vehicle and 2 to pick vehicle up. Would do it again. Joey and all the representatives for Tim Lally treated us great. Process was seemless. Price was perfect! Joey is the best! He even put a bow on the car and fill the tank! Sometimes it’s just the small details. Thank you for helping us with our purchase. We officially own a Corvette!

As frustrating as this experience has been with GM, James at tim lally service has been fantastic. He has done everything he can possibly do to get my 2023 Suburban fixed but GM is refusing at this time to take it back under the lemon law. So I am going to continue to take it back to James and have their team continue to try to figure out the electrical issues and much more. I am thankful for James at his dealership and he will continue to do everything he can to figure out what needs to be done. General motors on the other hand should be ashamed of themselves. A 75k suburban and 9 times in the dealership but GM higher ups are still asking what the problem is. Idiots!!!

They have always provided excellent customer service and exceptional technical care of me and my vehicle. They don't focus on the cost of them helping you, they focus on your satisfaction. I have bought all of my vehicles from Tim Lally, he sold me my first car when he was just a sales man at Bass on northfield road in Warrensville Heights and I have never regretted it.
