We can't say enough how pleased we were with the entire process. From our initial conversation, our questions and concerns were addressed. The installation process was just as we were told it would be, the installers were very professional and explained every step of the install. About a day and a half later we had a new walk in shower!

They gave me a written quote for the complete job, plumbing included. But when it was all done and said they charged me 750.00 additional for plumbing.I don't recommend them.The installers were on time and professional,Thank you to them.I was told two different times that on two separate calls that I would be contacted about my complaints, never got a call either Time not good business

Day one of walking shower installation. Demo day. Excellent work, Excellent cleanup, friendly, informative, thorough.

Great salesman (John) and an excellent installation team (Kenny and Rose). Our 1964 shower stall replacement was definitely not for the faint of heart. Concrete base under the floor tile and wall tile with concrete backing/wire mesh support, all within a very confined space.
They worked diligently, were professional, and kept us in the loop throughout the process! We are exceptionally pleased by the work that they performed and highly recommend the company to everyone.

Awesome experience with The Bath Authority from start to finish. Daniel Zigler is a first-class installer. He took care of our house like it was his own. Simply perfection! Give that man a raise! Photos with the gold doors and fixtures are "before" pics.

The salesperson, John DeCarlo, and the Installer, Ziggy, were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to and anticipated our needs and we now have a very beautiful and functional walk-in shower! These two representatives are highly recommended and went above and beyond our expectations.
