I'd add another star if I could, the team that moved us was the best. It was fast, smooth, and no-stress with these guys. We moved a lot of very heavy glass, all beautifully done.
And they are a fun crew to work with as well!

The best experience ever!!! It was rainy and windy. I had to down size from a house to a two bedroom and this team that Morse Allied sent was superb, excellent!! We got the job done in 5 hours. Not to mention we had 30-35 min drive to the new place. I would definitely recommend this moving company. Friendly funny and super nice. Oh and every thing was in tact…including the super awkward plant!! Thanks again …truly appreciate all you did to help out!!

It was great working with the full Allied team on our recent move. From scheduling with Stacie, to getting a perfect quote from Kevin with no surprises in pricing, to the actual move with Shaw and his team. It was a complicated move with multiple stops and a very old building. The team were true professionals making sure everything was packed correctly and taking care of our furniture. It was probably one of the worst days recently in Cleveland with rain, hail and snow! They had runners on all our floors and covered the furniture to make sure it stayed dry. I would highly recommend them for any of your future moving needs!

The men worked tirelessly all day moving our furniture into our new house. They all worked very hard and aimed to please. They all had great communication skills and make sure everything was in place. They went above and beyond to make sure our furniture was placed where we wanted. My husband and I are in our 70’s and really appreciate their help. John Bishop verified we would have the best qualified service and we think we did!! Thank you all for a job well down!! Barb and Bob

Our moving day was stress-free, thanks to the team of guys who moved our belongings without dents, dings, bumps, or broken things. They worked as a team, were very efficient, and finished an hour sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were careful, respectful, friendly and just extremely efficient and accommodating. My mother lived in her house for 40 years and they were so kind to her and to the rest of us who came together for the move. I'm not related or know personally anyone at the company but can't say enough to hopefully support their business. Professional, efficient, reasonably priced and extremely good friendly group of movers.

Do not use Stevens for your move! We moved cross country and had Stevens store our belongings for a few months while we were house hunting. When they finally delivered it, many items were damaged, including antiques and large furniture. We figured it was no problem because we'd been paying for the full insurance all that time.Then things went south. They forced us to figure out everything that was broken within a week and became unresponsive to emails and calls asking for when items would be repaired or replaced. Several months later, they finally just cut a check, though for less than the repair and replacement value they were supposed to provide.The entire experience was awful and frustrating. They are an underhanded business that is happy to take your money but not do right when they break things.

Beware of Stevens. We used them because they were recommended by a new employer in Cleveland. They picked up our belongings on the West Coast and held them in storage while we looked for a house. Finally the happy day came and everything was delivered to the new house. Happiness turned to misery. Many items were broken. Some could have been repaired. Others not. Some were family antiques. We'd paid for insurance, so figured Stevens would honor that. We were wrong. It turned into a months-long slog of calls not returned and emails unanswered as we tried to get repairs or replacement for the broken items. Ultimately they wrote a check for less than they owed. We took a loss just to be done with the frustration. Find another mover. You and your belongings will be glad you did.
