I live in Syracuse and bought a handicap van from Leon that I found on eBay I had several conversations with him about the vehicle he told me all the problems that the vehicle had and that they had been repaired. Send him a check once the check cleared we drove down to Ohio and picked up the van. Drove it home with no problems. Leon said the van was in a front end collision and had to have a bunch of parts replaced on the front when I got home I took it to a Toyota dealership and they could not even tell that it was in a collision.
I find spirit Auto services to be refreshingly honest! Thanks guys, love my handicapped vehicle!

Owner started off nice, owner communicated well and when he called me he told me I needed a fuel pump. I told him I just changed the fuel pump and filter two days prior to bringing it you, so he put the mechanic on the phone that was working on my truck and I explained to him I just changed the pump and filter, he said to me “I don’t care” It needs a fuel pump. I immediately thought to myself this guy is rude and unprofessional. I went up to the shop the same day, tried talking to mechanic again regarding my issues and I explained to him the truck will start up and run fine it’s just after 5 to 10 mins of driving it start loosing power. He looked at me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I had my truck six years you had it a few days I’m pretty confident I know the truck condition. The whole interaction I was nice and respectful. He walked away like child that couldn’t get his way. He did fix the broken wires under my hood and got the check engine light which I was happy about that, however the issue with lacking power still was there. The owner and I spoke, I made a decision to pay bill on what the mechanic fix and took my truck. I did tell the owner, his mechanic was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. People, no one is perfect, but poor customer service is always a concern especially when I’m nice and respectful. I expect the same back. As the owner you might be nice but if the mechanic you have working for you is rude and unprofessional, as customer I refuse to spend money with a business like this. I had another truck of mines I was gone bring right up after this truck was done, that’s not gone happen, he blew it. I don’t want to forget this, the and owner and the mechanic spoke English the whole time until it came a point when the interaction didn’t go well between me and the mechanic, they started speaking in the another language that I couldn’t interpret and that became concerning for me at that point. Owner did start off nice, however when they spoke in another language I felt like, what’s the change in language, since y’all been speaking English the whole time. That was questionable to me. Overall, I will not be doing business with them.

Terrible mechanics. Brought my impreza in for a starting issue. They replaced two sensors. One was already replaced, and the second was faulty. Made my car act like it was overheating! Told me I needed new head gaskets. I took it home replaced their faulty coolant sensor, cars fine. don't trust them

I visited this shop because I had been familiar with it while doing a job for another business. So I needed two new front tires for my 2008 Honda Accord which they said they would need to order from any of the selection that they showed. I asked the owner for his recommendation and had me choose the Hankook tires all-season. Two months later when it finally starts raining these tires have some pretty bad traction from accelerating from 0 to 20 mph I was having issues slipping. So I initially thought I'd give it some time to work itself out, it didn't so I came back to the owner and explained the situation and he said that somehow if the tires in the back have lower amounts of tread and or a different brand it could cause issues in the front. Also told me that a refund with them even though the tires had hardly over 1k miles on them and no issues at all that it would be essentially impossible to receive a refund despite it being the recommendation of the business to purchase these tires. So really I'm out $300 on some awful tires and feeling betrayed as the only solution was to spend more money with them on more tires which would've been another $300 which would've had no guarantee to work. Nice people to speak to, might be company policy about the refund thing, but I can't recommend shopping at this place if this is the type of customer service they provide.

I have been taking my car to Leon for the past 4 years both for repairs and body work. What I love and value most is his honesty and the time he takes to explain in detail what my options are. As a female who knows little about car maintenance, I appreciate that and I have learned a lot ! Leon does not fix things that do not need repaired or replaced!! They are super efficient and I have not yet had to leave my car overnight…convenience is everything. Love these guys!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Bingo! English version of that review:Attention!, Vile and deceitful repairmen! We came in yesterday to replace the oil pan gasket on a 2017 Sprinter. (there was leaking). Without any confirmation from my side, these bold repairmen began to change the fuel filter, and broke return fuel line (reverse fuel line) that is located right next to the fuel filter. Asking them: "why did you decide to replace fuel line on my van?!" I got the answer that it was broken and hung on clamps. That is big lie, because in a case of a breakdown, the return fuel line gushes out under pressure and the car cannot go in principle! They broke it, replaced it and asked me to pay for their mess up. Bunglers! In addition, engine that was always filled with original oil from Mercedes-Benz 5w30, they filled with 15w40 for trucks. More then, they overfilled 1 qtr. more than required, saying that they filled up 12 qtrs., poured 13 instead. Answering my question: "what we gonna do with it?!" owner of the shop Murat told me that anyways I have to pay for the oil and labor. After leaving the service, we saw message on a dashboard that the oil level is exceeded. Bingo! This Murat turned out to be an impudent and vile person! After intense conversation with him, he stated he would no longer accept bank card payments and he need $831 in cash. As a result, he refused to release my van without cash payment.I highly DO NOT recommend these vile repairmen!
