I purchased $220.00 in diesel fuel when I asked to put ice in my personal cup they wanted to charge me .48 cents I said no thank you. I'll buy fuel some other place from now on they aren't getting my fuel money anymore.

Very rude and not helpful. Always has an attitude towards their customers. Whoever is Samara D at register 3 is very rude. She coughed in my face. So rude she should be fired.

It's 12:20 and still wait for my food ordered at noon. Worst service, zero help, zero urgency. Luckily Get Go is across the street, I'll just start going there.

I’m an Uber driver, seeing a Speedway is usually a gift from the heavens as there aren’t a lot of places to use the restroom in Cleveland. They had there’s locked with padlocks. Inconsiderate.

If you ever stop @ the speedway in Bedford Heights,Ohio. Just to let you guys know they are vary rude to customers and there boss, also always accusing people of stealing from the store. Those women behind the counter are crooks which means they always taking from customers, safe , register, products and hacking cards . Please don't be a fool and shop there anymore. If you do you're the fool. Plus we made arrest on and keep on coming back. I don't get it .... If anyone see them who goes into that store please call the local Sheriff's office. Staff is usually great. They are always dealing with a huge line and staying calm. However. I must say, any tome.i ever go in the bathroom. The toilets are always disgustingly destroyed. Like you don't even understand what's wrong with people's rear ends to make this much of a mess. Yall gotta do somethin. Require a key for these and identify the culprits or something. They deserve to be embarrassed. No way they punish their toilets at home like this.

This speedway is the worse speedway in Cleveland area.. breakfast time!! Never any sandwich’s made!!! Never! The chicks behind the counter using the same gloves for EVERYTHING! Disgusting. Have the time the monitors to order food are even down! Take notes from the speedway in Newburgh!
