She was working the day before memorial day on a Sunday evening. I asked her if she loved the game of basketball she said yes. She has not picked a ball up in years, but got hurt actually playing basketball and never picked the ball up again. She was very friendly. We had a conversation about life, really appreciate these moments when you can meet somebody like this and hear a little bit of the story. She has a beautiful smile and represents the store very well. I should remember her name, but unfortunately, I was extremely tired and went to bed and forgot to do the review lol sorry but anyhow, I'm bragging about her way to go, especially in the city of Cleveland Hier people aren't friendly here sometimes. She grew up in Las Vegas. God bless America.
1712 hours welcome to the real world the city of Cleveland some broad in there had to ask me eight times about my refill cup. Then she interrupts me as I'm almost ready to leave and says did you have more than one refill for the time I have a 44 ounce refill , no one ever acts.
I have a 73 foot truck. It is very difficult for me to pull over and you made it compounded worse made my day rough and bad. I get sick and tired of traveling this country bring goods and services to people and then get treated like this when I try to get a refill that makes me not have to pull over for a while , it's a 44 ounce refill for the eighth time pick your bottles city, trash attitude.

Very rude black girl working overnight for the morning Friday March 29th half. The coffee machines don't work. All the hostess snack treats are all outdated from February 15th.
She said she doesn't care no napkins all she's worried about was her telephone. I will never go back there and I'm gonna for hostess and complain that all their snacks that they're drivers supposed to be replacing is all out. Dated from February.

Pumps are always down. Nine out of ten times, you have to go inside to pay because the outside machine does not read your card. Never can print a receipt. They are fast inside, though. I keep going back because it's by my house. Frustrating to repeatedly having to wait for an available pump with so many are out and then go inside to wait in line to pay. End result you get your gas, just not convenient. If it happened once you could understand, but it's constant.

This is for the upkeep of the gas pumps and exterior only. I did not go inside. This location only had three pumps with two handles on each. It should have four but one looks to have been removed some time ago. Only one pump was working as the other two were completely out of order. So only two cars could get gas at a time, making the wait times absurd.The canopy has multiple lights burned out which are in need of replacement. The parking pole behind me that was supposed to have a head on it did not. The whole outside looks like a dump and needs heavy repairs and upkeep. For the safety and security of anyone going here at night, I don't recommended it until Speedway fixes all the exterior issues.

I went in at 3:00 on Wednesday August 23rd 2023 I wanted to purchase two packs of cigarettes she asked me for my ID I show it to her in clear form she said she has to scan it which is absolutely a lie the state of Ohio requires a state issued identification card that can be clearly read I told her I am not comfortable with that and I showed her my ID closer and she said that she has to scan it and denied my business I said I am not comfortable especially nowadays getting my ID scan so as I walk away just to rub it in she yells have a nice day very rude I called customer service and let them know if this problem does not get fixed I will pursue it further it's going against the state law requirements and my rights

Anyone associated with running this establishment from the VP, to the Regional Manager , to the District Manager to the General Manager, to the sales associates need to be fired! This place is absolutely filthy. From the bathroom, to the coffee and food area! A great example of people not doing their jobs and lack of leadership in management!

Always clean and the cashier's are polite I really appreciate their hard work. With change of management and stuff. Pandemic has been hard for people and also lots of business. Great place to stop and get gas also snacks. ⛽
