Was trying to find my son Air Force 1's size 14, tried 12 shoe stores and nobody had them. Went here, found them, out the door in minutes. True Cleveland landmark, go check them.out!”

“I went into Fleet Feet for my first pair of running shoes. I learned a lot of valuable information from the 3D scan that helped me find the right shoe for me. The staff were polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Price points were reasonable. 10/10 would recommend, especially for someone new to running who needed a lot of guidance.”

We didn't have a lot of experience with shopping for running shoes, and she helped us decide what was best for our feet and what would best help us with our goals. I had my high-end custom Italian leather boots re-soled at Al Nola’s and they did an amazing job! When they were ready to be picked up, everything was very organized with my ticket information including the $50 deposit I made when I dropped them off. The man who greeted me at the counter, I believe his name was Freya (not totally sure), was very kind and polite! He gave my boots an additional fresh buff and shine before I left. Highly recommend!”

“I went to Hibbett Sports to find some shoes for my 2 granddaughters and it was a great experience. The light skinned lady that assisted me today was very professional and persistent in her job. She also tried to find some shoes in my size. But unfortunately they didn't carry a size 13 or 14.And the cashier kushy. Was very nice and professional as well. I will return to the Hibbett Sports on e.116 th street again.”

“My husband and I visited the store on 07/12/2023 after having just visited another local hat store that has also been around for many many years. This store is a stark contrast from our experience at the other business! Immediately, we were impressed with this store's appearance and the friendly greeting we received from Maelynn (?spelling) and one of the store owners! Maelynn was very knowledgeable about the various hat styles and was able to show us selections after my husband explained what he was looking for! “Great store and even better employees. The workers always ask if you need help or a dressing room and are super personable. The after Christmas sale was 50% off already marked down prices. Their clothes are always a thicker high quality fabric. I found three nice tops for a total of $50. Great store with stylish clothes.”
