Excellent quality, timely communication and fast turnaround, coupled with reasonable prices. Can't go wrong here! Also, the booklet stapling was perfect - I had tried a different job somewhere else, and it was not.”

I had printed a prayer card for my sister’s funeral services at a different location and I realized it wasn’t what my niece and I needed/wanted. “Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”

The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then to my surprise immediately proceeded to perform the 3 scanning jobs herself as I must have appeared unfamiliar with the machines. I really appreciated the young lady's assistance, and she didn't miss a beat as she occasionally stepped away to help other customers as needed. Her name was not on the receipt for my Saturday 3/16 visit at 3:36p, but I couldn't thank her enough for being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the proper scanning settings to make sure my architectural scans were legible and complete!”

“Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”
