Terrible experience with this place! I connected with "Bob" on Facebook Marketplace. He rarely responded to me which should have been my first red flag. I finally connected w him and he told me to go to the store in Bedford Heights. He said they were open 12-5. I drove an hour to get to the store and arrived at 1 pm. The open sign was on, but no one was home. I called the store, messaged Bob for an hour and no one emerged. The store also looked shady as can be. Bob saw my message but didn't even respond to apologize. I would never buy a mattress from this business as they are obviously not trustworthy. My friend also told me she heard of this place and that they buy used mattresses and sell them as new or "scratch and dent" as Bob said.

Easily the best used an new Matress dealers in the city I got two fulls an a king from them I was in a tight spot but somehow planet Matress made sure me an my kids slept good an comfortable that night. The customer service was excellent an I got my stuff delivered same day very fast thanks Planet Matress

Had an appointment at 12:10 and I drove 40 mins just to be told the owner won’t be there until 4. Didn’t get a phone call or anything Waste of time
