Absolutely love this place. Great prices and many different payment options. Usually I do the layaway but this time I did the snap finance option for my new sectional and it was so easy and fast. My whole house is furnished with them… bedroom sets, kitchen table, couches, end tables, coffee table, and more. Definitely recommend them if your in the market for new furniture

Cheap furniture . Once you buy it you are stuck. They have a no refund policy. Skip this place if you want quality furniture.

Stay away. My family member bought a table from the Bedford Heights location. She came back to make the final payment and they had sold it. After selling the item she had in layaway they told her she couldn't even get her money back. I bought a bed and mattress from them and asked would I get a new bed from the warehouse they said yes. Wrong! They gave me the bed and the mattress off the showroom floor. The bed rails were broken and missing screws, they didn't even provide instructions on how to put it together. They delivered the item without a box or even rapped it plastic. They just dumped it in the middle of my living room floor. Stay away from National and any company that refuses to offer a refund even if they mess up and sell your items.

I spent thousands of dollars less than a year ago. I called about my dining room table falling down. The company states I have a year warranty like most businesses. However, the owner states, no warranty whatsoever. Customer service is not a factor when it comes to private owners. Do not waste your money if you want dependability. I’m saddened by this situation because I thought this company was a reputable business.

I can't give them anymore than two because they don't earn it they delivered damaged furniture. which whoever shipped it knew about when they sent it. I have been trying to get it replaced for five days only to get the run around it's a place where nobody knows anything or can't do anything . All I can say is be wear and be prepared.
