Lack of knowledge, gentleman answering the phone seemed careless to help.I was looking for an adapter for my plasma cutter. He went on to say that they do not exist, except they do exist, and they’re all over the internet. I was looking to buy in a store rather than waiting for shipping. After telling him the parts, he tried to belittle me by telling me to make sure the prongs go in the right way or it’ll be a bad day. Except they can only go in one way, he should know this…Horrible experience, careless and clueless employee, first time and last time dealing with them.

Tried to return a light fixture, they refused to take it back since I installed. I never tried to return a light fixture before usually not that picky, but If it does not look right in your room how do you know without installing it. Before I returned this lamp, I looked at other lamps on there website and found a replacement, and was also shopping at a "big box store" for plumbing fixtures and found the same lamp (same manufacturer and item number) for +30% less

I purchased 2 items last week for my home. The salesperson was not not attentive a I stood inside them empty lobby for at least a minute while they stocked and paid no attention. Finally was offered assistance, they did not listen well and had to ring my sale twice as a result. I asked if the items were returnable if not needed or did not work and was simply told yes. I ended up bringing the item back today for return and the same salesperson refused the return all while examining the item with unnecessary manipulation. Additionally, they made an unnecessary comment stating the electrician should have known that it was the wrong size, completely inappropriate. I politely took my no longer needed purchase and left. I had no problem going up the street to Lowe's where I was assisted by a salesperson and cashier whom I gladly rated on their survey with the highest score for their efficient help and friendly customer service. Shame on you Mar's Electric.

Frank is Awesome! What an asset to Mar's Electric! He always makes sure is thorough so we don't have to make u necessary wanted trips back and forth to the store. If his store don't have it. He finds it and sets us up for will call at the location that has the materials we are looking for.
