How does a massive company not have correct hours - they close at 9pm but online it says 10am. Absolutely ridiculous, this company is the worst.

Do not, and I mean do not use lowes for your building needs. I was supposed to have a fence installed on 7/22. Delivery date foe materials has been rescheduled 3 different times. 7/18, 7/20, and now potentially 7/23. Yep, you guessed it. There is no date for my fence installed. All my plans are ruined. They are very unorganized, and all they can say is, im sorry. Save yourself the trouble and go with Home Depot or Menards.

Worst Lowes store. Pressed button for order paint. Paint worker Remy came, turned the button off, ignored me and walked away. I would rather go to another store. Bad attitude workers won’t make good stuff.

Generally, I like Lowe's. But today it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a blind cut. Why did I wait this long? Coz Ace and the Orange guys don't cut roller blinds. They've cornered the market and do not have enough trained people to help customers. I'd need to drive 30 minutes across town to the next closest store. I'm so sad that my once favorite hardware store has dropped the ball. This experience is only one of many recent disappointments.

This store and customer service are absolutely horrible. I ordered installation and a microwave on 5/31 that was in the store. After weeks of pressuring them to correct a technical glitch, that someone finally noticed or admitted to, I was told I'll have it on 7/11. Even when customer service would put me on hold to call the store to try to resolve the issue the phone would ring with no answer or they'd answer and hang up. That happened three times. I was happy it happened to them because I was tired of them telling me to call the store myself. I called customer service two days ago asking how to get in touch with the general manager because my case was supposedly escalated to them last week. The agent was so focused on telling me what they don't do we ended up bickering. I've never experienced such dysfunction and poor customer service. No one EVER calls back, even after giving their word. Two weeks ago I was supposed to receive a call by 12pm from a manager. I called at 2pm and was told the manager was still in a meeting. Same response provided when I called at 4pm. When I called at 6pm he was gone for the day.
I don't understand why it took weeks to correct the installation company not receiving notice of the order, nor why a customer focused billion dollar company has such poor customer service. They won't expedite my installation nor give me a discount for their mistake and subsequent 6 week delay.

Had to flag someone down to get someone to help me purchase a washer. When asked about the veterans discount was told that the item was on sale (even though multiple stores had the same exact price) so if I used the veterans discount on the regular price I would actually pay more. The delivery team was very unprofessional and did not even level the washer. They sent another team out to level the washer and when I went to wash a load, water was spilling all over my floor. When I went to check for a leaky pipe or tube, I saw that the drain wasn't even connected to the washer. I immediately called back to the company and they said the soonest they could send someone out was 2 days later on the 4th of July or I could wait 3 days until the 5th... I've had this washer for a week and still have to use a Laundromat after paying $700! I'm tempted to just have them take it back and use another store.

Worst customer service I ever had to deal with call customer service lady was very rude. I just wanted Schedule a later time for delivery the lady did not want to help me. She seem very Aggravated gave me the number of the delivery company which was a third-party and they were also very rude. Hung up on me because I asked them to help me understand how I can schedule to get my appliances. I didn’t understand why I was not scheduled properly. One of the guys in the store told me I would get a phone call Of what time I would receive my items I did not instead I got a text at seven at night This company is not a team player. They don’t even deserve a star rudest people I have ever had to deal with if I didn’t truly need the appliances which I spent over $1000 for I would ask them to refund my money and take my business somewhere else recommend do not purchase refrigerators are stoles from this location. You will be very disappointed.

First of all, prices were NOT lower! We visited the gardening area outside and although the young lady out there was trying to be helpful, didn't have a good assortment of plants and some things looked like they were on there way out! Didn't buy a thing!
