My wife and I were headed to Cleveland for a wedding when our car broke down. From towing to fixing our car I & A provided quick, professional, friendly service. They were transparent about the issue, which luckily was nothing major or expensive to fix. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received.

I had the most amazing experience with Isaiah Thomas. I was going to cancel my AAA membership. But Isaiah told me not too. He gave me knowledge, support and extended information that I didn't even know that was available to me if I stayed with AAA. Also he was personal , honest , polite, friendly, very very accommodating to to any questions I had questions about. To be honest he made me feel like he cared about his customers. I am very happy with I&A Automotive . You guys are awesome.

Was looking for service an found out these guys will scam you, lie & steal from your insurance company an AAA... they cancel services roadside an file claims to get paid with fake documents. Leave customers on the side of the road never show up but charge you as if they did.. they pay for good reviews an make up fake reviews on Facebook an other social platforms.. not good people

A driver from I&A picked up my car this afternoon after I had to call AAA. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he's a young guy with long hair. He was very professional and we had a great conversation on the way to my mechanic. Thanks for saving the day!

The service mgr was nice to talk to. She provided lots of details and info regarding the repairs I needed. I didn't use their service this time, but the company's very high on my list for next time.

I'm so glad I met Addison! I called AAA when I got my very first flat tire and was told to expect a pickup from Addison at I&A Automotive. I was blown away at the expedient service; I placed the call at 4:22 and was tracking Addison's arrival less than 5 minutes later. Overall, my flat tire was taken care of in an hour and a half, including a new tire install. He drove me to the mechanic and kept my mind at ease the entire ride. He was personable, professional, and the best part of a bad blip in the day. To top it off, my call took him past his shift, but not once did he complain or rush me. I tried to rush instead!
If ever I should have another flat tire, I will request Addison at I&A Automotive to save me and I have already recommended your services via word-of-mouth to others in the area.

I went with this company after a very pleasant tow truck driver (Perry) came to the rescue since our original tow driver left us stranded. After he noticed my stress of being out in the heat with my 76 yr old mom with dementia he made things quick and smooth. He also made me aware he works out of I & A Automotive who can work on foreign vehicles and offer free diagnostic tests for all AAA members. Perfect! I agreed to have him tow it there (this was a sunday). Monday afternoon I called to see where things were and wad told it was still being checked.. by Tuesday I had a diagnosis and agreed to the services needed. Pick up my truck on Wednesday and by Friday I was broken down again. I called and the reception told me due to the holiday weekend they couldn't take me until Tuesday. I had the truck towed there Tuesday morning and didn't get a new diagnosis until Thursday, which at that time there were supposedly new codes appearing and a part of the work that required them to send it to BMW because they weren't fully equipped with what was needed to complete the job. So that took me through another weekend. Finally pick up my truck on that next Tuesday or Wednesday I believe and the clicking is still on the passenger side and it's still driving weird. Took it to another shop this past week and was told I need all of those front end work that was never mentioned to me by I&A. Also, I had work done on the fuel system but no one mentioned I was in severe need of a tune up. Needless to say I won't be referring this shop to anyone and will not be returning. I hate to leave bad reviews but companies won't know where they need to improve if the customers don't share their grievances. I wasted a lot of time and money to still not get the things done that needed to be done. Also after the 1st instance I never talked with an actual mechanic again only the receptionist relaying messages. Just caused me so much additional stress that I didn't need
