I visited the center because FedEx sent me a notice that they had attempted delivery 5 times when in reality, they never attempted a delivery. I drove 25 miles twice after waiting for 5 days for FedEx to deliver to my address when Amazon, UPS, and USPS deliver to me and others daily.

I had to pick up my package and was told it had been there in the center since June 30th. Even though the driver kept sending messages (8) that they tried to deliver!

Got a package sent to me in 6/26/2025, I am still waiting for the package & I paid for two day shipping. Yesterday it was out for delivery never delivered , now I am still waiting on my package today. Can’t get in touch with anyone , without connecting with a Robot. Robot don’t even help you, this is terrible I would honestly rather do UPS or USPS I will never get something fed ex again , they don’t care if you get or not. The drivers barely deliver anything cause fed ex trucks are not everywhere, I am so disappointed in this service , I will never use it again. Than they gave the package back to the same driver who didn’t deliver the package & wasn’t even decent enough to have the package come to my house first knowing that it was a late package & not what I paid for.

Would give 0 if I can. There was no driver, no truck, no package, yet it “says attempted to deliver, but failed due to person not available”.
The package did not need a signature, if they would have come, they could have left it at the door. Even checked the security camera, no signs of a thing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had package delivered to Walgreens, only to find out the ground driver took the package back to Bedford minutes after it was delivered. He didn't scan it so it is missing. This was 3 days ago. Still no package. Video shows the driver did not follow the protocol for pick up, did not check in with workers, just took the freaking package. If you are shipping something valuable do not use fedex ground in this area.

Ridiculous what I have had to do to get a package delivered....after hours on the phone my package is still lost and I am out hundreds of dollars. No one will take accountability for the mistakes this location as well as the Twinsburg independently owned division. Each are playing the blame game while lying to the customer even though there is video evidence of their drivers taking packages without scanning and not following protocal. It's insane how fedex as a corporation sells their route and then protects their unprofessional drivers and managers. Please be advised you will be treated poorly by local owners and the representatives you call will always be call center employees who cannot actually help you.

FedEx has next to no customer service, we use them at work and they make my life a living hell. If anything ever goes wrong expect a long call with someone who doesn’t speak English and can’t actually help your package go to its location.

How does this company continue to exist? I did not chose them. The sender did. They hold packages. They get a package at the local hub early and hold the package. 2 days. Holding my package. Apparently it’s on the truck for delivery. Now, it’s late. It could have been early. But it’s late. This company deserves a tightly woven tapestry of explicatives, but instead I will only accuse the company of hiring active drunks, drug addicts, thieves, and grifters. Perhaps the company could do storage instead of deliveries, because they are better at keeping things than delivering them.

2nd day air package that the driver supposedly tried to deliver twice, but I have no missed calls or any notice left. I drive all the way to the shipping center and the lazy worker 'didn't feel like looking for it'. Yeah it really sucks when you have to actually do your job, but I guess here you don't have to do anything. Absolute disgrace
