To the older woman with red hair working as cashier…if you hate your job so much then find a new one. Your miserable rude attitude makes people walk out of the store without completing purchases.

I went there May 22 Wednesday at 6pm and I was in the line… and the cashier (white curly hair man) keep talking a man while I was waiting. He looked at me and didn’t say anything .. common say something like “will be right with you”… or “stupid wait a little bit”. Keep talking to the man .. been waited like 3 mins. I hate that man! Hope the manager can read this review! What I did I left my items on the floor and leave upset! PLEASE MANAGER talk to that cashier because I don’t think so he know what is customer service is

This may actually be the worse family dollar I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty. A line full of customers and one cashier. Cashier has no customer service. Instead of telling people sorry for your wait, the cashier is purposely moving slow. Don’t know the prices etc. Just go ahead and close the doors! Horrible experience.

Terrible. Worst family dollar ever, don't know how or why their still in business. Its 9:50 and I'm sitting out front just needed a case of water but of course their closed early per usual. The employee is just standing in the alse trying to hide. If you don't want to work find a new job its that simple. Pathetic

This store is terrible. I only go to this location for the convenience sometimes. There are always boxes and carts in the aisles blocking the merchandise. To the point where I have to move them to get to what I need. Also, on multiple occasions, for example today. I went to the store at around 8:30am and the doors were locked. I’ve been to the store on multiple occasions from8:30am-11:30am and the doors have been locked. Yet, I would see employees walking around in the store.

Horrible. Merchandise in boxes. Boxes in aisles covering up what they have on shelves and if you ask where things are they get an attitude and yell at you. I had to ask where something was 3 different times and finally the 3rd time she actually showed me where it was not that I could find it in a pile of boxes that haven't even been stocked on the shelves. They are very lazy in this store. They're even closed during store hours all the time completely unprofessional.

They should close this store or hire better employees. One cashier was so mean and hateful didnt even put my items in a bag she was rude and hateful; and the store is a mess you can't even get down the aisles

Make sure to check your product price. On the shelf it say one thing and then when you go check out it rings up a different price. Look online family dollar and dollar general are being sued for overcharging on products. The price is different when you go to check out.
