I sent this to Josh and the crew because they were so amazing. We just did our walk through and the house for the first time since the fire and water damage smells clean and is not all messy.If you are ever looking for a great company please call them and you truly won't be disappointed. This was a life saving company! Our water heater leaked all over our basement and this company came as a recommendation from the HVAC company. Danny came out same day and provided me with an assessment and helped with the insurance claim. TJ and Sergi came out the next morning and did an excellent job of walking me through the process from start to finish. They were quick, clean, and very respectful! I’d recommend this company and team to anyone needed emergency services!

TJ and Andrew were absolute life savers. What was supposed to be a quick job, turned into something much bigger, and these guys worked their butts off to get things sorted. I'm so thankful that these two made such quick work of the restoration in my home. 5 stars across the board, I would give them more if I could. Highly recommend.

If anyone ever has any water issues, pipe bursts, fire damage, mold, air ducts that need to be cleaned, etc., I would highly suggest reaching out to Brian S with Cleveland Water & Fire. I had a home where the water pipe burst (the basement was flooded, and active water was coming in). Brian S was out there the same day, shut off the water, and cleaned up the basement within hours. He saved us thousands.

Cleveland fire and water came out as soon as we had a pipe burst. Their team was efficient, trustworthy and prompt. And more importantly they dried all of the water out of our walls in an expedited fashion. Highly recommend. Top-notch service.
