ATMs are always down or can’t fully operate. I have recently seen two new Chase banks in neighborhoods nearby with less minorities and people….Predominantly Black neighborhoods deserve fully functioning, clean and organized banks as well! Our money spends the same. Come on CHASE

I had to cash a check. Being physically challenged, I find it difficult to stand in a line.I sat down for a few minutes to wait. A very nice employee asked me if I needed help. She courteously did my transaction for me without my having to stand in a line. Great service from friendly people. Thank you!!
