“I recently purchased a Joey scooter lift from another dealer, but it stopped functioning and I was worried I’d miss an important work event. Mobility Works got me in quickly, and discovered the lift had been installed incorrectly. Rather than charge me, they essentially honored the warranty on someone else’s work. You can tell they really care about their customers and I will be returning to them for all of my future mobility needs.”
“Came in on a Monday to pick up the car I rented. Tamika was behind the counter. She was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, she was the only counter rep there. The phones literally never stopped ringing. I'm glad I was the only customer there. Somehow, Tamika was able to continue answering phones and checked me out in a reasonable time.... She needs help Avis!! She was amazing. Now, the car. Usually, when renting a vehicle, it's beat. Doesn't matter what I rent. Sports car, SUV, sedan, they are always beat. Smell, wipers, etc. Always just seems like a rental.... Not this time. 2024 Mazda 7. It's nice. Smell, not bad. Even the wipers are duable..... Pleasantly surprised. First time with Avis as well. Very happy.”

I needed to extend my rental agreement by one day this last time and Tamika the manager called me back and said I might as well keep the car for 2 days instead of 1 as the price would be exactly the same. I would call this excellent customer service.”
