Just park your truck and go inside to check in and give them your phone number.lots of trucks there and no where to go.the people are very nice and they have a bathroom inside but you might be loaded in 1 hour or 4 hours your appt doesn't mean anything.and local drivers get to skip.they only have 4 people on dock so how can they load 12 trucks at a time.i only had 4 pallets and it still took them 4 hours to get me dock and load me.good luck is all I can say

This is the worst. I was waiting a dock 3hrs and then asoon as I got the call backing in the door number there’s another driver XPO logistic so I do have to wait again . No respect with the lines

Had a pick up scheduled. They messed up on the dimensions of their product and not only refused to load us, but refused to give us a truck not used. Will for sure not be booking loads with them in the future.?
