These veterinarians were amazing!!! From the front staff to the main vet herself. Walked me through different vaccines, the way tests worked, what I could schedule later to not break the bank, and our dog was SO comfortable and loved! It gives me comfort knowing they care not just about your pet and what's best for them, but what's best for you too! We needed a vet, so obviously will be back. And I'm so excited for them to see her cause I know they loved her. Thank you all for being amazing and we'll see you again in a couple weeks!

ALERT:In September of 2023 during routine blood work, the veterinarian here injured our dog's arthritic leg causing extreme pain and little to no mobility for several weeks. The veterinarian told us that she took full responsibility for causing the injury because of how she had to hold our dog down since she was so frightened. This is despite them requiring me to medicate our dog with an anti-anxiety medication prior to all appointments. Vet staff routinely trimmed her nails and provided other grooming essentials in the past visits with no injuries. I was not invited to go to the practice's back area for this appointment as in the past, and this vet, knowing full well how upset our dog was, proceeded with the blood draw. I was not able to be with her to provide a comforting presence when our dog needed it the most.NOTE:These blood work results were remarkably very good for an elderly, 15 year old dog who we had rescued one year prior. However, the injury and the amount of pain medications prescribed to relieve her extreme pain, was the direct reason for our sweet dog's quick decline and death within 5 weeks. Following the injury, she could not walk, screamed when we would come near the painful area, and developed breathing/coughing issues because she could not move for an extended period of time. The Vet shockingly told me that our dog was only screaming for "show!!!" The NSAID's prescribed are typically not given to elderly dogs at all. These medications triggered overall weakening, and finally, the cascading liver and kidney failure that killed our dog - as shown in subsequent blood test results.BEWARE:In addition, this practice allows their veterinary technicians to lead appointments and make diagnoses. This process is dangerous, harmful and a waste of time. The Vets actually showed annoyance with ME when I tried to clarify and correct the technician's poor interpretations of all the details that I had described to the tech rather than being able to directly talk with the Vet.Last December 23rd this Vet actually agreed with the technician's diagnosis of a rare infection and ordered expensive testing. Out of caution they warned us that we would be forced to isolate this poor dog from us and other family dogs over Christmas. On December 26th they told us the pricey test was NEGATIVE. It is then that we found out they had actually received the results on December 24th but did not tell us because they were closing early. The technician's diagnosis was WRONG and they ruined our only Christmas holiday with our precious girl.LET ME BE COMPLETELY CLEAR:Any response from this practice regarding this horrific event will be insufficient and most likely inaccurate. This amazing dog was thriving because of much dedicated love and commitment to her well-being by her family. Her loss in this way is devastating for us. If not for this injury that they caused, and complications from the medication that they prescribed, our beloved dog would still be with us right now.

Our rabbit had a bad experience here a while back, but to their credit, WCVC made changes and greatly improved things. I appreciate the willingness to listen and adapt. I am happy to trust them with our sweet bunny again. Kudos, WCVC. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman working when we picked up Goji last week was awesome.

Excellent care and customer service! From the reception to the skilled nurses and of course Dr hellard! Without a doubt they saved my cat Crowley's life after a dangerous urinary blockage. You can tell they love animals here and put a lot of effort and compassion into their work. Crowley wouldn't have made it without them and I'll be forever grateful for it! *Photos are posted in chronological order. The last photos are from today since it's been a full week of normal life again for Crowley. He's back to bugging us for water at the bathroom sink every chance he gets. Even though he has a cat water fountain with fresh water every day. We call him a sink cat sometimes #Spoiledkitten*

We boarded our dog here for three weeks while on an extended vacation. The staff took great care of our sweet girl. They sent regular updates with photos/videos. They provide a lot of exercise and play time for the animals. They really took an interest in our dog's well-being. Pricing is very fair, and they offer a discount for extended stays.

A stellar vet clinic that goes the extra mile. We had to bring our older dog in for some issues and found the staff to be warm and welcoming, but not at the expense of professionalism. They squeezed us in on a day when they had no appointments available. The assistant who saw us first was extremely kind and explained everything clearly and in great detail. When the doctor came in for the exam she explained in layman's terms exactly what she was doing as well as all possible causes for our little guy's symptoms. Every treatment option was articulated clearly to us as well as the associated costs. We were given the freedom to choose our pet's treatment without feeling pressured or judged, but with an honest recommendation from the doctor. They even called to follow up on our dog's progress a few days later (on a Sunday, no less). We will absolutely be back!

Everyone was so nice and loving to our ferret. They explained and helped us out a lot. I would recommend this place for anyone with cats, dogs and exotic pets. The prices aren’t outrageous either. I will definitely be taking my other ferrets here too.
