My transaction was handled in a professional and friendly manner once I got to the teller's window, but it took me 25 minutes in line to get there. US Bank should hire more people for this branch.

Marcus is truly one of the best bankers I've met so far--he's well-versed in the Bank's products, policies and even new features within the app.Angie, the manager, also did a phenomenal job with hiring and training the other bankers (ex: Whitney and Brooke) who make my overall experience with US Bank to be both positive & memorable. They were so pleasant to do transactions with. It was my 1st time at this branch and I was so impressed. They were welcoming, friendly, proffer and personable. I will definitely will use this Branch as 1st choice.

Great location! My phone glitched out and I couldn't transfer money over so it resulted in four overdrafts so I explained it and they took care of it! I couldn't believe it! I just expected a little Grace but they went the whole way! Can't recommend this branch enough!

Just putting this out there, it's very hard to write a review, I'm not able to see the whole screen so I go back and forth double checking my wording and then it clears after you go back so many.I was hacked 7 months ago and my normal Branch was Liberty Fairfield the manager there is very rude. So in the 7 months I've been to two other branches and and countless hours on the phone with the fraud and 24-hour banking, finally the Beckett ridge Branch got my money back in 2 weeks. Thank you Beckett ridge!

This place is pretty much a ghost town every time I come here you can see and feel the frustration of everyone that's waiting I regret coming here. I haven't had a positive experience with this location yet and probably never will because as I'm typing this I'm on hold as soon as they answered the phone

Standing for several minutes and nobody was there at the lobby. One guy was walking around with a laptop and noticed people waiting for do transactions and he doesn't cares. This location was one of my favorite but its a joke now. Not the first time I experienced this with Usbank.

HORRIBLE Drive Through window service. 3 of the last 4 times I've come to this branch, they made me wait over 25 minutes, the people behind me all leave b/c it's so ridiculous. The bank personnel are super slow And don't care.Go to any other branch, even if you have to drive an extra 5 minutes -- US Bank branches are everywhere -- SKIP THIS ONE!

They are literally just standing having conversations as one employee works. Must be nice to joke and have fun while I've person does the work and customers stand in line

I talked to Andrea over the phone at this location and she was awesome! She was so nice and very understanding. I was upset about my situation I was in regarding subscription payments, but she made everything easy and smooth. Her personality is amazing and very fun to talk to. Give this lady a raise!

So people in the lobby is more important than people waiting on the drive thru that have businesses that they need to open up . It called a drive thru for a reason not a park and wait 35 to 45 minutes until you decide the people in the lobby are done with
