I used the online scheduling option on their website for a notary appointment. It was confirmed via text and email - and I received an additional email reminder the morning of the appointment.
When I arrived at the correct time I was told they wouldn't have a notary until hours later. When I asked why the app would allow me to pick an incorrect time, the employee said they know it happens.
There's a similar review from 8 months ago. So for at least 8 months, this UPS Store has known there's a problem with the scheduler and they've done nothing to address it. Wasting customers' time in this way is insulting.

I go there often to send packages to my kids and returns to send out. They were very helpful when we needed a notary and personal things faxed to NY when a family member passed. And I send out items that I sell on line. Sharon Wilder

Every time I go in my local UPS store everyone says hello and offer to help me right away. I was having a problem trying to print a label myself and Rose immediately came over to me and helped fixed my issue and got me in and out of the store really quick. I appreciate their service. I don’t have to ask for help, they see I need it and they come over right away and offer their help. Great employees at my local store.

Made an appointment online to see a notary at 9 am. Drove all the way up here in the rain just to be told the notary isn't there.

When I walked in, the line reached the door and I was nervous because I was in a time crunch. But with three people working and one manager floating around, they got through everyone in under five minutes and helped me with my notary services. Super friendly and very helpful!

I was there this morning and it was really busy there, but the girl that was working was really helpful, she was right to the point in everything, calm and understanding, she explained the pricing and made the shipping process really smooth

I put so much effort into making sure I didn’t mix up the barcodes for my two returns just for them to refuse to put the labels on the boxes in front of me. They said they had to reprint the labels but insisted I leave. I HAD to leave. Why can’t I see the correct labels go on the boxes? Peace of mind? They said “They’re going to the same place.” 100% of the return info is connected to the label. I went to this location because it has the highest star rating. It’s overrated.
