The staff at UPS 8216 Princeton Glendale is super professional. One staff member in particular, his name is DJ was very kind, attentive and patient. He assisted me with cancelling and re-requesting a return label. He walked me through the process for a few minutes all with a smile. Highly recommend this place.

The staff ( Dylan and Bharti) are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, professional and super efficient! I had 3 boxes of different sizes that I had to ship. I thought it would take a while but I was in and out in just a few minutes. They provided fantastic customer service! This ups store is also very conveniently located and easy to drive to.

I had the most knowledgeable man helping me. He showed us how to tell if I had to package an Amazon return, or if they could package it. He said Jewelry and electronics had to be packaged by me. I have been returning Amazon stuff there for years and I learned more today than I ever knew before.
