I have tried to call the store and the customer service line and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. On December 21st my husband and son came in to get haircuts. My son’s haircut though uneven still looks cute and lays right. My husbands hair cut was completely messed up. His hair is uneven and looks absolutely ridiculous. It’s not even on either side of his head nor is the length on top even. We will not be back.

Horrible place I show them the picture and I told him I need exactly like that and they cut my hair so short and it wasn't like the picture at all don't trust them and don't go to sport clips because they have no idea what they are doing

Horrible experience my son went in for a trim I showed them how much to cut off (1/4 of an inch max). I sat down and when he was finished he came out and his hair was gone they took off almost 1.5 inches. The guy was rude blaming my son of having product in his hair when honestly he is a swimmer so the chlorine makes his hair super dry. Will never go there again my 16 yr old son didn't even want to take his hat off for Homecoming pictures because they butchered his hair so bad.

Checked in at 6:30 from home site said 36 mins it’s 7:35 now they close at 8 I don’t even know if I’m getting a cut now

**borderline racist alert**This is the worst experience and I didn’t even get a haircut after 40 mins of wait. I was a walk in. Couple of kids were getting a hair cut and it was obviously going to take time with both of the stylists busy. After the boys haircut they were taking pictures with them. Didn’t ask me anything or tell me to sign in (which I didn’t know being a first timer there) They were doing everything possible to avoid having to establish a conversation or even eye contact with me. After 10 mins of hair cut, the boys and their father left the place, one of the ladies tell me to sign in ??. At this point another guy walks in, signs in at the kiosk and they start giving him a hair cut and the one lady that was free, was nowhere to be found. I walked out after 40 mins. In short, avoid this place . I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Normally they’re fine.On this last visit, I did not feel welcomed, the stylist seemed more interested in complaining to her coworker about having to work than she did with making my hair look good, and it seemed like she rushed through it. I do realize this isn’t always the case, but when a competitor is nearby and half the cost, I feel like I’m a lot less likely to return.

Lol this place is a joke. I went for the first time today (19 May 2023) and nobody even met me at the counter. I had to type in all my information and then the computer told me i had a 36 minute wait for 11:30am on a Friday. I was really confused why so many young men where here on a weekday as i left work early... i guess not too many men in West Chester work on Friday? I then drove over to Great Clips (literally 30 seconds away and in the same shopping complex) and they had a 17 minute wait time.... obviously i went with great clips and it was also much cheaper..... i literally don't understand why anyone would waste their time here....
