  The stylist here is becoming very sloppy and lazy with her work, I believe she only does well with clients she knows. Don’t think I’ll be returning

  I used this salon a few years ago. Amy is just OK and the price is absolutely rediculous. It makes me sad when individuals raise prices due to location. My recommendation, Focus on eatting long term not just today, I would never use this outfit again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  IF YOU EXPECT TO GET YOUR HAIR WASHED AND DRIED BY THE OWNER IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN SO DONT BOOK WITH HER! SHE WILL MAKE SOMEONE ELSE WASH IT THAT YOU ARENT EVEN FAMILIAR WITH. They sure don’t make hairstylist like they use to. I came across her page on ig and it looked like she knew how to take care of natural hair. All I wanted was a wash and blow dry for my son because he has long hair. And she told me she would let her assistant do it. I told her I wanted her to do it because I have not seen her assistant’s work, I saw hers. And the whole point of contacting her was to schedule with HER. Not anyone else. Part of being a hairstylist is washing and blow drying your client’s hair. Not JUST STYLING it. So if you expect to get serviced by the owner, it’s not going to happen. She will put you off to her assistant and only want to cut and style you (if she even does that.) Don’t advertise that you do hair if you don’t really DO HAIR. I hate that we have to give one start because her customer service deserves zero. Imagine going to cosmetology school to wash hair, blow dry it then style it but only wanting to style it when you are in a shop.

  I was really hoping to have a good experience at this salon! I was excited to go to my appointment. But in the end I paid $200 for a poor quality sew in ☹️ I can’t even comb through it without running into loose thread. The process was rushed so I understand why it’s bad. But geez, $200 not including a wash! I was expecting a grand sew in for $200. Could’ve went to someone’s house and got it for $50.

  I made an appointment with Amy for a silk press with curls .showed up to my appointment on time. They started to wash my hair, and while my hair dripping wet the young lady washing my hair stops and says they can't wash my hair tracks out. They use a particular product and method to do so and didnt have any in the shop. They put a menards store bag on my head and sent me on my way. Didn't towel dry me or nothing. I had a memorial service to go to. So unprofessional.Thankfully another hair salon let me walk in and was able to do my hair and saved the day.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

  We walked in for the first time as walk-ins and immediately felt welcomed! They took very good care of myself and my daughter and had us looking real good when we left! A very nice and friendly salon! I will certainly return for future hair care!
