We stopped around 9pm today to have a tire looked at for losing air. Aaron went above and beyond and was sooo helpful to help to plug our tire!! Aaron was amazing, professional and extremely helpful!!

Went out to get breakfast and realized a headlight was out. Popped over since website hours said 8 AM (updated last week). 8:15 still not open and left. Not the end of the world, just fix your hours.

I stopped in late night Aaron was extremely helpful in showing me how to remove vent to retrieve my expensive earbuds that dropped in vent. He was very professional and courteous.

Well, the guy behind the counter stood there talking in Spanish to his buddy who was visiting him and made me wait close to 25 minutes and then acted like I was bothering him. Unacceptable!!!

Friendly service and had exactly what we needed to repair a nail puncture wound in the tire on the car.However, watch the prices! Both items we purchased rang up higher than posted on the rack. They did adjust the prices down to match, but it makes be wonder if they do this in purpose because so many customers trust that they will have consistency on the pricing, and if you don't pay attention, you're getting scammed by the higher price they try to charge you.Just keep retail stores on their toes by simply paying attention to prices and confirm they are consistent. That's my only complaint.

Employees are extremely rude. I Asked if they would price match the Innova 5410 Scanner which it shows 189.99 plus tax on the O’Reilly site but in the store it's 229.99 plus tax they said no. (One employee said something about taxes) Then I asked if it didn't do what I need it to do can I return it, the lady said you can't return electronics. Which is a lie because I checked the policy & called the Middletown location and I was told long as I have the receipt it shouldn't be a problem. Service at the West Chester location is a 2 out of 10. They do not care about you nor your problems and needs. Go to the Middletown location if you want better service.
