Depending on what time you go, it can be crowded. This Kroger's does a good job and trying to maintain an good flow and checkout.

Always clean and pretty much stocked with everything that I need. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the section with the non dairy milk can be very bare at times and it's so hard to find someone to put more on the shelves. Regular milk has tons sitting out so you may not have to restock the shelves as often. Please have someone regularly checking on the stock that's on the shelves.

This place is a joke especially the order pickup area. Damaged my vehicle and the way you have to pull through is stupid people sit in the back spot and don't pull through. Leaving open spots.

I would buy grocery's from anywhere else. MY whole family/extended are very loyal Kroger shoppers. They have a really unique blend of class, very fresh produce/meat etc & low prices. If Joe Biden never got elected then inflation wouldn't be so high & prices would be lower. Krogers still does a decent job on prices though & as Cincinnati natives we could not be more proud of Krogers being based in Cincinnati.

Customer service is terrible. Always rude and condescending when I ask a simple question such as availability. Refused to help me once to exchange an air fryer brand new in the box with receipt and told me to call customer service. I had to drive to a completely different Kroger (they were extremely helpful). The store never has baskets available at the front door. And ALSO REFUSED ME COMING INSIDE 20 minutes before close. I enjoyed this kroger when it opened considering it is 5 minutes from my house, but from now on I will be driving 15-20 minutes to a different Kroger.
