Horrible experience and I never even made it to the front door. I made an appointment online for Tuesday at 9am and received multiple email confirmations for that time. The day before my appointment I get a confirmation email that my appointment has been moved to 11:30 without my consent. And when I call they said they didn’t have morning appointments. So I rescheduled for Friday at 9am. I get a call 6 minutes before my appointment to tell me that the employee has called out and they have nothing available until later in the afternoon.
