Went just to get a hose cut and put back on and they told me it's going to be 225 because the hose needs replaced then still charged me $100 for something that takes 15 minutes. The mechanics will make any excuse to get paid more.

I’ve only had GREAT encounters at this Goodyear location. During my last visit, I had a tire replaced for free (because I bought the tire protection). Long story short, I told them that the screw was in the wrong tire?? The store manager, Michael, got me in the next day and replaced the tire (again, for free) HIMSELF. Came into the store afterwards, dirty hands and all, in about 20 minutes. He epitomizes amazing customer service and deserves a raise!!

Michael Gorczynski the store manager is great, Adam Foley and Cameron Garland do a really good job too. Location, is near food and shopping with a short walk. I really like how GoodYear has an oil change and tire rotation package and there was no pressure to up sell me on unnecessary maintenance. With my appointment they got me in and out in less than an hour. Thank you!

Excellent experience with Adam and team! I was in the market for tires and they were able to get the tires I wanted in by the time I arrived at the store. The service was exemplary - quick, polite, explained options very well. Pricing was terrific - they blew TireDiscounters out of the water! Very satisfied with my experience and will certainly be back.

March 3rd my wife got a piece of steal in a tire, this was the closest garage open near her, when she arrived she was told they were booked and couldn’t help until the following day. First time I ever heard of a service center not helping with a distressed vehicle with a 15 minute fix. The lack of compassion and laziness are all time high at this place. Find other options even if an emergency

I live in NW Ohio and received an email about a ‘flash’ oil change discount. Unfortunately I was on a business trip to SW Ohio. But I decided to take advantage of the promotion and went to the Goodyear Service Center in West Chester Ohio. Everything went smooth until I went to pay the bill. It was nearly $20 more than my online appointment estimate. When I brought this to the attention of my Service Advisor, Brian Vonderhaar, not only was he surprised, but he took the next 15 minutes to identify the discrepancy in the Goodyear system and we ended at the final cost I anticipated. Just wanted to recognize Brian for his efforts - above my expectations - to satisfy an out of town, new customer. Thank you, again. Brian!

Mike, the service manager was phenomenal. He got me worked in to get my tire fixed the day before Christmas Eve and got me in and out in 45 minutes. Cameron fixed my tire and did a great job as well! Best customer service and I will be back for all vehicle needs.
