Rude, unfriendly, not knowledgeable and I was told to pick up my own pamphlets for whatever I wanted!! They lost my business and my trip to Switzerland.

I just signed up for insurance through this company. If you are looking to get new rates and want to see what can be done then I would tell you to reach out to this office. I worked with Jessica and now I have a agent/store I can say is my local office I'll use for things I want to do in life from travel (TBD, I am going to be seeing what they can do for me there) to insurance. Looking forward to this and seeing how things go.

I booked a package tour with Ashley at West Chester office. She was extremely efficient and so helpful. I would definitely recommend and use her again. Very understanding and kind.

Staff is great. Wished they still had physical copies of tour books. Just the attraction sections would be good enough.

The ladies here all acted so nicely towards my dog. J Adamson who helped me was phenomenal, helpful in every way as I signed up for insurance. That was my best signing-up-for-insurance experience in twenty years of signing up for insurance.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will leave you sitting on the side of the road for 4+ hours or longer.

Visited this store a few times. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Purchased an international driver's permit for $20 two years ago. Ended up being a complete waste of money since most foreign countries don't care about the document and it's an extremely informal document that's hand written. At least it was only $20 wasted.Came back a few times to look into purchasing foreign currency. This location orders from Wells Fargo and charges a transaction fee on top of the exchange rate (built in/hidden) fee, unless you purchase greater than $200 worth of foreign currency.Keep in mind, the best app for seeing REAL TIME and EXACT exchange rates for currency is "XE". It's available for free in Apple iStore and Google Playstore. It will let you know exactly what the currency costs (updated every 60 seconds), then you can subtract to calculate the hidden fee that AAA/Wells Fargo is charging you for the exchange.Example: right now 15,000 Japanese Yen is worth almost exactly $105 US dollars. AAA will likely charge you $116 for the currency, this would reflect a built in fee of $11.Most foreign currency exchanges charge around 7% to 11% for their fee, but the currency exchange in the airports are extremely expensive, charging as much as 30% to 35%.Beware and figure out before you order exactly what you're being changed and how much the fee is that you're paying for each currency so you have some awareness of what you should pay and/or what the fees are that you're being charged.

I started calling for a tow truck for my Harley at 8:30 am this Friday. 16 call later, talking to supervisors, managers and others, cut off twice, on hold for 20-58 minutes each time... Stull never text ot showed up. Thriple AAA is a joke. Run. Don't walk away.

AAA send a contract company to address a flat tire on my car. He filled it with air and said the tire was find, no air leaks or nails in the tire. The day the tire was flat...is this what you get for annual AAA payments/membership?

We used the West Chester AAA office in December. They pulled together a trip tik and maps for our trip to Dallas with just a few hours notice. Very helpful and friendly!

Please do not use AAA! They will not reimburse me for $485 after a representative informed me that I WOULD BE GETTING A REFUND. I called for a tow last November. The representative told me that I was out of service calls and I agreed to pay for the tow. However, I waited an hour and got a call back and was told that they were having trouble finding a tow truck. They called another one so I waited again. After more time, they called again and I talked to another rep who WRONGLY informed me that I would be getting reimbursed if I decided to call a local tow service. I didn’t know this was wrong information so I listened to the rep and did what she told me to do. After waiting to hear about a reimbursement until January, I was informed that I would not be getting one because I was out of tows. I would not have spent almost $500 on a tow unless it was being reimbursed which is what the employee told me. I would have made other arrangements. I have friends that live near where I was and I could have just called them. But instead I spent a large amount of money that I won’t be getting back… I’ve been going back and forth via phone calls and emails with AAA and they have refused to reimburse me and continue to say that it is “my fault”…. Below is just one the emails I sent explaining that I was told I would be reimbursed but “Kristy Phillips” continued to push back, ignore the reimbursement part, and tell me I was responsible for the cost. Kristy CONTINUED TO IGNORE the FACT that one of the employees told me to “call a tow service and I would be reimbursed”….They will lie and tell you that you will be reimbursed just to keep you as a customer. But when it is time to pay out, they reverse their statement. Do not go with AAA, there are other options.

My friend was sitting here at work for 4 hours waiting on then for them yesterday , 12/15/21 , to only be hung up on her the first time , second time confirmed the address 2 times and still went to the wrong location , then tried to make wait for 2 more hours . Had to pay for an Uber to get home from side of highway . Now today , have tried to get ahold of someone & got transferred 4 times. To finally be told they can’t tow it to our house even tho the first person we spoke to said that it’s 3 miles free then the rest is $4 and some change per mile . Poor service don’t recommend . Non reliable .
