Stopped here on a Friday morning. The travel center includes a Subway and a McDonalds. The Pilot itself is well stocked. The restrooms were just cleaned before I arrived and were very clean.

Nice Pilot right off of I-75. This location also has a McDonald's & Subway. Good selection of drinks, snacks, etc. Also, car & truck accessories, souvenirs. The station & restrooms were clean, & the staff was very nice & friendly.

Used shower... Urine stains on the toilet seat along with dirt. Feces stains all over the toilet bowl. The whole bathroom smells terrible. Hair all over the skin. Did not provide a hand towel at all. Do better. Hire more people. Manage better. Be responsible. Your corporation made $968 million dollars pre tax in 2023. You can afford to do much better.

I waited in front for 20 minutes at the McDonald's part at 4:00 am, and as a truck driver it's hard to just give up and walk away from already waiting hours on the road To park the truck ? somewhere safe. I was very hungry and late to my destination, there is not many places to park a 18 wheeler to just get back in a truck and wait another 10 minutes to get the truck to air up and go. Geesh. And then I had to go and get the pilot worker to get someone to help after screaming can someone please take my order in front of the register, they should have a bell or something to let the workers behind the wall to understand that we are here to be served so e breakfast or lunch behind your wall, and they should randomly come check after so many times while behind a wall. And then they have the nerve to block there little walk way with a rack that leads to the kitchen area. Well I wonder why, cause putting 2 and 2 together, they others that came here including me was tired of waiting nearly a hour to get someone attention when they shadows just walk right past the part that leads to customers , shaking my head...! How disappointing and a waist of alot of our time!

If you don't have to stop here.... DON'T DO IT.... this place always has inconveniences... if you come here for a shower in the early hours of the morning, if they are not all dirty, or they don't have Who cleans them... bad, very bad... that's with the showers.... if you stop for food... good luck with McDonald's because they will always give you cold food or, what's worse, like today 5/ 13/24 closed due to inconveniences...that happens very often at McDonald's...now let's see the terrible and negative service of the people working in the subway....if you ask what you want in your subway...be prepared to get answers rude and arrogant when it comes to saying what you want for vegetables...and one better stay silent....because one is more embarrassed by the attitude of the people there....and to close the odyssey here. ..the cashiers... Uugghh with an extremely bitter face.... no definitely I don't think I will return.... that only shows how little the poor management of the pilot and the manager here has to operate and serve the drivers... ZEROOO STARS... BY UNPROFESSIONAL

This place sucks went in tried to get a steak egg and cheese flat bread dude’s like I don’t recommend toasting the flat bread. I don’t care go ahead. No the bread will get crunchy. I know. Sir they changed the flat bread. Bro make the damn Sammich! Never mind dude’s too stupid to put the stuff on parchment paper toast it and then slide it on the damn bread! Go to McDonald’s order the female staff there look and act like they just rolled out a section 8 housing project and share a brain cell one chick’s wearing slippers SLIPPERS! Took forever but did was good. The counter chicks were nice though and the guy who cleans the bathroom does an amazing job. But the level of don’t wanna do my job and the steady flow of Karen’s that come in there I’d rather chance getting herpes at a TA.

My friend (Indian guy) went to subway today around 4:56pm and the lady there was extremely rude she was extremely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do customer service. My friend asked they lady if she could possibly cut the veggie patty in half and lady said that they don’t have a rule/policy that says they need to cut it…he also asked if she can put single layers of onion but she also refused to do that…my friend ended up just leaving without his sandwich because the lady was just extremely rude, if companies can’t care to hire proper employees why waste paying them in the first place.

Decent location. There’s a Subway and McDonald’s and a few food options. There’s another area for trucks. Bathrooms are not that clean but helpful staff.

4 AM and no clean showers available. Management needs to hire more people and pay them better.

Decent but outdated Pilot. Could use a remodel in the showers and bathrooms. Worst part was the McDonald's with poor customer service and stale food. Thank God we got a load and didn't have to stay long.
