General manager Derek Smith was a life saver! We got a screw in our tire on our way home from a road trip. We were losing pressure fast when we pulled over and found this shop. Derek was very kind, he took care of the problem quickly and had us safely back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say Thank You!! We were driving down from Michigan to Florida when a bolt broke off our RV while towing our jeep. We pulled into this Goodyear, and the mechanic came out to see what he could do and in 10 minutes, replace the bolt, tightened the others and had us back on the road. What amazing customer service!! We appreciate you, thank you!!!

Stopped by on 5/20/24 @ approximately 4:54 pm out of convenience having not remembered they were here. Was having a dry van trailer tire issue for about a week and a half and had been waiting to find a good quality Goodyear Commercial Tire facility in my travels.
Thinking they were ready to close, I was met at the front door by Scott. I had noticed hrs of operation sign on frt door listing hrs and thru the week it showed open till 8pm. I wanted my spare installed replacing a tire that tread had begun to scallop and cause,I believe, a mild vibration.
Pulled my spare down and noticed excessive tread wear on outer edge w/cords ready to pop thru. Now onto Plan B, Scott stepped up with another option and brought his A game with an offer I could not refuse. The Goodyear Marathon low pro trailer tires were just put on sale.
No casing credit on my spare, he allowed me $30 on a very wavy tread worn takeoff and waved the $18 disposal chg on the worthless spare.
I had 2ea of the Goodyear Marathons installed and ended up with a much better spare than originally had. Both Scott and installation
technician(Zac)were professional and helpful on what was the best approach to take. In no time it seemed Zac had new tires mounted and installed w/all lugs torqued to 500 ft lbs and paying was the only thing left.
Thank you Scoot and Zac for your time and expertise. It is the biggest reason I wait and go to a Goodyear Commercial truck/trailer facility, y’all know tires! You people under promise and usually over deliver and same could be said here at Beaverdam, OH store.
I will continue to be a loyal Goodyear customer and look forward to doing business here again.
P.S-Seems if you spend a little over $900, Scott lets you park for the night in front of, off to the side of the store. Thank you sir !

Watch these people doing work to your truck!!! Yesterday I had eight drive tires installed and all rims have been damaged while changing tires. All have deep gouges inside the rims and outer on all around the lips. On top of that one rim was dropped. Tires have never been mounted before, so they ruined my Alcoa rims!!!! BEWARE!!!

Pretty quick service no wait like other truck stops, they will take right in , my wheel alignment and steer tire were done in matter of couple hours. Cheryl day shift manager she is so polite and trucker friendly, she finds best possible way to help drivers saves some money and time. Build the trust like this Cheryl! You will go long way.
