From the moment I called, their team were extremely friendly, understanding, and eager to help. They immediately arranged to come to me and see if they could get me up and going, once they knew they could not and I needed a new starter, they called for a tow truck to bring my car to their shop and reassured me that they would diagnose the problem as quickly as possible and have me on the road home that same day.
Their professionalism and expertise of the team was evident. They quickly identified the issue, explained the necessary repairs in clear, understandable terms, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Despite being busy, they prioritized my repair given my circumstances and had my car up and running in no time. The quality of their work was top-notch, and their customer service went above and beyond, turning what could have been a major setback into a seamless, positive experience. “7/25/24: Came back in because our battery was also very weak. They don't have the car battery part, but they will install it for you - I got mine at Advanced Auto Parts, down the road. The service was very fast, and again, very kind and honest mechanics. The car starts up so nicely. This will now be my go to for any car repair!
We have a 2017 Ford Escape that had an EVAP issue, P1450 code and they were able to fix it within an hour! Our car doesn't have a rough start anymore, and it's such a wonderful feeling. It usually was rough after adding fuel and gradually got worse, but now it starts like normal.
They are very kind, honest mechanics and I do highly recommend going to this place for repairs!”

“Took a long time and didn't fix the issue 300$.. was quoted 120 for the fix when I got it back nothing was corrected just added new parts so I just fixed it myself if I would have given it back i probably wouldn't have gotten it back till 2023...Terrible communication skills just not my kind of place will not return.EDIT*: GARY did call and tried to make it right I did already correct what i thought the issue was so that I could mow my grass but in speaking to him he did admit some mistakes were made which is enough for me to change this from a 2 star to a 4 star and that he would stand by his work. I could return in the future if I was in need of any additional services.thanks,Mike”

My husband suggested he stop here to get his tire checked since it was late and we were concerned maybe there was something in it.
