“I took 5 wheels over to get balanced and 4 of the wheels were factory aluminum wheels which has to be balanced with stick on weights. Well the other wheel was a bran new aftermarket black steel wheel and I specifically told them to balance that will with stick on weights as well. I said you can use a regular tap on weight on the back side but not the front side. Well that's exactly how the sales rep wrote it up on my receipt, was to use stick on weights on the steel wheel, but whoever did the balancing didn't read what was on the work order because I go pick them up and damn if they didn't balance that black aftermarket steel wheel with the regular tap on weights. Front side and the back side. Well I'm sure if I would have said something about it, they would have rebalanced the wheel and used stick on weights like it was supposed to be. But I figured well the wheel is already balanced and if they take the weights off the front side now it's going to be scratched in that area. So I'm just going to have to deal with it now. But the garage guys needs to learn how to read the invoice when their doing the work on your stuff. Sincerely Joe.”

“My son broke down in his Jeep, and was able to limp it into True Care’s parking lot. The folks that work here diagnosed the problem immediately, and gave him a very reasonable price. In his situation, being stranded, it could’ve gone a whole different direction. The part was going to take a few hours to arrive. My son found the part within an hour round trip. The owner gave my son his car, and let him bring his own part back to install, because it was going to save my son 2 hours of his time. They installed the part, and it corrected several issues. These are very trustworthy AND knowledgeable folks. 5 stars!”
“I got a gash in my front right tire in a new to me car. Discount Tire took me in without an appointment, ran diagnostic on all four tires because it’s an AWD vehicle and determined I only needed one tire. The replacement and alignment check was completed within an hour. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the waiting area comfortable and clean, and they even had a plan to insure the tires I already had. They texted a status tracker so I could follow the progress of the service. Shout out to Ethan, Hayden, and Owen for taking great care of me. I recommend this shop.”

“This is the second time I’ve used a Tristate and both experiences were excellent. The most recent was refinishing a set of special used wheels to make them “as new” which they did! The while experience was smooth starting with the initial contact with BJ to the inspection of the final product with the owner. The wheels were packaged in boxes and the owner opened each box so we could inspect the finished wheels. When I commented how nice they looked his comment was “my team takes pride in their work”. Rarely do you hear a comment like that, obviously pride goes through the whole company. Thanks again Tristate for an excellent job, start to finish.”

The team here did a great job switching gears from patch job to replacing tires. I was in and out within an hour. There’s a great team here!”
