The customer service center here was so lazy . We tried to return the item that in the app tell us can bring to any walmart near me and I picked this one as showed on the app. When i came in they did not even want to scan the barcode and kept saying we can not do that . An excuse was our policy but actually that in your policy that we can bring the items to this location. And she was the manager of this location . She did not want to find the solution but stood there and repeated we can not do that as a robot. She need to be re-training how to manage the store. So frustrated these customers services nowadays. I would stop going to walmart from now on.

This Walmart is almost always stocked. Staff better than most Walmart's. I don't care for compact it is. When it gets busy it can be frustrating to move about. Like Christmas time is just dreadful. Sometimes peak hours are as well. Early morning is my time to shop.

Very poor customer service when I was there, not seeing everybody that works there for customer service but the day I was there and the service I was given, I can care less if I ever went back.

This place is a walking mess. The managers are quick to defend the workers without even listening to what the customer has to say. The pickup department is a joke. I will never do a pickup here. Beavercreek get it together.
