Walgreen's Pharmacy used to be our pharmacy of choice--for many years. But since January of 2024 they have failed to have prescriptions ready when they were promised -- on all of our family's prescriptions and not just once but twice necessitating multiple trips and still not having prescriptions ready. Further Walgreens had a prescription for a refill which they cancelled for no reason and then deleted the prescription. They were then unable to get approval for another refill prescription, possibly because of it being the weekend or possibly because it was a duplication. It could be an untested computer software launch that is causing their problems...which in any case becomes our problem. All of this raises the risk that you won't receive your much needed meds for chronic critical conditions. This is unacceptable, and it is a shame because the people who work there are professional in their work and friendly in their demeanor. We will be changing pharmacies.

If I could give no star rating I would! I went in on a Tuesday to pick you a Rx for my son who has pneumonia. Was told that they did not have any and that it was ordered and would be in the next day. Came back in today to pick it up and was told by a very rude sarcastic women I believe her name was Cora that it was not ordered yesterday and even if it was it would have never been here by the next day. That she ordered it and it would be here by Friday. So my son has to go from Tuesday til Friday with out the medication needed for his illness. They act like you’re a bother to them to even pick up your medication. If you can’t handle the stress and overwhelmingness of a fast pace job with customers interaction then maybe find a new career!

This pharmacy has gone downhill. If you are in dire situation, do not call your meds in this location. The hospital will call the meds in and they don’t fill them. I could understand if these types of issues was a one time occurrence but this is the 5th time. You show up to pick up hours later; they will then fill the order at that moment decide to have you come back hours later or the next days with no regards to what someone is going through- Sometimes you show up hours later and still not done and you are having to sit and wait another hour. Endlessly driving, time wasting and putting people’s lives at risk. They are incompetent; truly.

The pharmacist Tyler holds on to prescriptions for no good reason and doesn’t tell the truth about what's in stock. Not helpful at all, makes you feel very uncomfortable/miserable, and he doesn’t follow HIPPA law. I would NOT recommend going to this Walgreens if you want to be treated with respect and care.

The pharmacist TYLER at Walgreens does not follow Hippa law and needs to be reported to the Pharmacy board asap. Mr.Tyler is extremely rude and not a good human being at many levels. The pharmacist here holds on to peoples prescriptions stating that he has not received any approval from doctors. The staff lies about prescriptions refills when it is needed most by the patients. I would recommend reporting the staff and the pharmacist TYLER who is playing with the lives of patients by lying to the patients, changing statements about prescriptions and doctor's approval.If you are a person of color do not go there, they will treat you as a piece of garbage. Reporting of such people is mandatory.

Waited in line for over an hour with only two other people in front of me. I left the pharmacy and was gonna just grab some things and leave. I got up front and there was no cashier with a line. The cashier was talking and giggling with a coworker. I dread having to pick meds up from here.

I waited over an hour for a prescription that was called by The Little Clinic at Kroger. There was nobody waiting in the drive-through pick up. There was no one waiting inside. All I could hear was them laughing and joking around in the pharmacy area. Seriously? Pay more attention to what you’re supposed to be doing and not having a fun time. I very rarely frequent this pharmacy, and I will likely not go back.

Overheard workers shouting out customers med names. Not HIPPA compliant. Made jokes about how delays in filling meds did not affect them…only customers so nothing to worry about. Very dissatisfied

Worst Walgreens I've ever visited. Can't even use their automated system because my phone number isn't in their system. As soon as I can actually get my prescription it will be the last time I use their pharmacy. Don't bother going here unless you have more than an hour to wait around.

I’ve never had a good experience here. They’ve mixed up my meds, let me leave without half of them, delayed my prescriptions for days without saying anything until I show up, and some of those pharmacy techs act like the customers are idiots when questions are asked.

Its been unfortunate to see this Walgreens pharmacy go downhill the last couple of months. Something must've changed with staffing or management. There has been multiple times I've called to refill my prescription when I've had to wait for 45+ minutes. I called today and have been on the phone waiting over 90 minutes and still no answer. Not how a pharmacy should treat their customers. Highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

I’m currently waiting on the line for the pharmacy and it’s been over an hour. I’m not one to complain but waiting over an hour to answer a phone call with a simple question is ridiculous. Yesterday I got lucky and it was only 45 mins. I’m only calling here out of necessity I do not recommend this pharmacy.Also if you do online deals/coupons they put limits on them but don’t let you know until you pick it up. So I’ve got money pending in my bank account for my entire order but only received half. Take your business elsewhere.
