I was in last week. Rachel in Misses/Contemporary assisted me. She put forth extra effort to help me find what I was looking for(an item that I believed was no longer available). She not only found it but also took the time to find my size in another location and ordered it! She is a very nice young lady with exceptional customer service skills!

The shoe department experience, for instance, becomes a story worth telling on its own. On a quest for the perfect pair of shoes to match a wedding dress, I was assisted by a woman whose expertise was immediately apparent. She didn't just fetch shoes; she observed, considered, and ultimately guided me with a refined eye for style and fit. I didnt buy anything today. I brought a Friend, she had never been. The home section is where I buy all wedding or gifts for my Friends or when my Daughter needs a gift. Such a great store. Piano player is phenomenal!

I love Von Maur! Von Maur does retail like no other. Quality! In everything they do. I always find great gifts. The customer service is spot on. The holidays are great there. They do Christmas decorations like the old time department store did. I can not say enough good things about Von Maur.

When you are looking for a really nice gift for anyone in your family and you are near Dayton, you should stop in and see Jeanie, and Jeffrey. I have rarely had such wonderful customer service, or met nicer people. I recommend this store to anyone.

A small version of what Rikes downtown used to be. Fantastic shopping experience. They have items you can't find anywhere in this area. The selection, environment, and pianist, everything is lovely.
