The customer service at this place is awful. They’d rather stare at their phone while answering your questions with side glances. Had a phone go straight into collections because an employee thought he got us a “free phone.” Terrible service and apparently they don’t know what they’re doing. Verizon is horrible and won’t work with you on anything. Their employee messed up and now I have a $1200 phone on my credit that I was never made aware of until I took a hit on my credit. Verizon doesn’t care about its customers. Go somewhere else

The Verizon business helpline personnel told me after 45 minutes of questioning that I had to go to a physical store to be able to contact an account manager. The store I went to was in beavercreek. I talked to Shane a. Salesperson and he gave me the card of Scott McGowan. I will reach out to him and hopefully things will be better. I've only been with Verizon for 35 years and I'll tell you what I've seen some ups and downs used to be. You couldn't get any service in a store when they thought they had a Monopoly. Now the online people are almost worthless.

Good people. But monthly prices are way expensive. I prefer going for another provider that's cheaper. Most providers use the same cellphone Towers. Verizon has went down hill majorly. They find ways to rip you off. Becareful if you go through them. Keep an eye on your bills

This location is unethical. I went in several weeks ago wanting to find out about the $1,000 off with trade in. The guy told me it will still be very expensive we would be better off getting a new number without even pulling up our information. I told him I’ve had my number over 20 years why would I change it. So he ran my new plan told me with the trade in I would be required to have the phone protection plan and my bill will go up $85 a month. He proceeded to tell me again to just cancel my service and get a new number. I left and researched online and could not come up with the amounts he was telling me. I went to a different location last night and was told I was not required to change my plan or get the protections plan. So how many people were tricked into higher plans, add-ons and new number due to this sales tactic????

I've been a customer of Verizon for over 18 years and this store offered the worst service I've ever received. I ordered two device upgrades, both of them available in store and paid for, but the manager wouldn't give them to me even though they were allocated, with my receipt and all correspondence. My bank account already charged. The manager walked away from me mid-sentence to take a call, he told me to call customer service and then he sent some other guy over who knew absolutely nothing. So I'm INSIDE the store on the phone with customer service because they wouldn't help me. I got on the phone with 2 other agents who spoke to this store manager directly telling him the transaction was complete and he still wouldn't give them to me. He wanted me to cancel the order and reorder my devices with him in the store for the sale/commission. I asked him if I should go ahead and cancel all 6 of my lines while I'm at it and he told me to go ahead. I drove over 40 miles to pick these up, spent over an hour at this store and had to leave empty handed with the manager's awful breath still lingering on my person. Disgusting experience all around.

I had one or the worst experiences with an employee today. I forget her name of the top of my heat but she’s a shorter, bigger African American girl and she’s VERY rude to not only me but while I was waiting to be helped the way she was talking to other customers just doesn’t sit right with me. She try’s to pretend she knows it all when she didn’t even try to let me talk and explain my situation.. I was as patient as I could be and I know it’s the holiday season, everyone is busy but she’s just FLAT OUT rude. Very unnecessary and my problem was not resolved at all. Honestly makes me want to change services because of how unprofessional the WHOLE team is and just wanted to put that out there and hope something can change,

Went to turn in my phone from a trade in I did through the Verizon app. The associate who helped me said he couldn’t get it to go through and would cancel the trade and redo it. After he canceled the trade and put it back in again it went from $999 to $249 and was going to have his manager override it to place the remaining amount in my account. 5 days later the manager calls to tell me I have to contact Verizon customer service because he can’t do it. I asked for the phone back, l and was told it was already sent in. I asked to speak with the district manager and if the district has been informed of the situation, I was told the district manager was not aware. I am still waiting for a call back from the district manager and for them to rectify this situation. I will not recommend this Verizon as their staff is unaware of what they can and cannot do, costing me money and more importantly time. If the situation does not get rectified prior to the end of the billing cycle I will leave Verizon for a competitor and site the reason as the incompetence of the staff at this location.

The product I ordered on line .. was locked up. I was not given the color I wanted, didnt have time to check it out. No instructions..told oh, only tax and startup charges... Wrong!!! I lost many of my services I was using..was not on order right either. I made mistake to "ask" about the wifi offered before he did his job with my cell. I explained I knew nothing about the new cell., Wanted to check on a couple of instructions 1st On my new cell before leaving.. That I did not have knowledge on. But, chat changed my thinking. Another guy standing with a box when I said wait..Wifi month Not free another $20.00 setup.. Told it would be $40 or $45. Dollars a month..Bill said it will be $55-65.. look on bill 72.00 charge. Then, cell in bag know nothing about the phone or order placed before leaving just a bag with receipt for the cell and a veriZon wifi box. Pushed thru his quota for the day I guess. I get home the cell starts telling me about more hidden charges, WHAT !!! ALL THESE WERE FREE BEFOREHAND. " I just want to have a regular bill no extra charges.. Verizon needs to tell truth about all the extra charges I'm a senior with 2 cells ...New cell up $25.00 monthly, they even raised my old cell monthly cost$20.00$. then they took me off the senior cell plan too..!!!
all for just TAKING A SUGGESTION. replacing a cell I've had through verizon 6yrs that WAS still fine. just not supported?? Really?? More scam.. cell works needed a screen. Now the Cell don't even call out 24hrs which is not good.since I need to have contact with 3 at home elders by cell everyday. Verizon lost signal."But, my old 2nd cell had service. STRANGE RIGHT..all I'm getting is messages of new $$charges for storage when there is over 22o of space and I've only used 23g.. can't get through to any Verizon stores either..to ask about this Up date..THEN🥺 got a bill my senior account went from 120.00 A MONTH to $247.00 just because of all the lies.of a free upgrade. and that Verizon box I was told it
$ 70+ not 45. Like sales rep told me. still get hung up on from store..too

We had to add an extra line for the kiddos for the school year. Asher got us a plan, phone, and out the door in 10 minutes. Easiest transaction I've had from a cell phone provider. Thanks!!
