Brian helped me , my mom , and my fiancé get new phones !! I got a iPhone 15 pro max in black. My fiancé got a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra. He made this a simple process and helped us consolidate to one plan! Super nice and helpful will be coming back to him from now on

******BE WARNED******My mom got scammed on the home internet last Oct. She’s older and came in for honest help. She got everything but! First month bill was what she was quoted next month it jumped to 4x quoted amount. She made phone call after phone call, went back to location just to get the run around. The home internet service is a scam! stay away from that and this location. This is not an actual Verizon but a third party store. the salesman just wanted to make his quota. once he got paid he could care less what my mom we dealing with. Eventually found out the said representative was let go supposedly but we were left with thousands owed.

I could not get corporate Verizon business accounts to respond to my company emails for my line transfer for an entire month. So I went into the store and Bobby helped me out with it all in an hour, and with style.
