Don't get verizon phone and contract at wal mart. It's a rip off. Personnel are never there for a return.

Sasha was very easy to work with getting a new line set up and made sure I got the most out of the promo. Made what I was worried was gonna be a painful process very painless.

Beavercreek store John helped me with new phone. At first my old phone was completely dead and he couldn't transfer data. My phone "woke from the dead", I went back and John was able to transfer ALL my data. Important, precious pictures of my parents. He was gr8t! Ty John.

Verizon used to provide good cellular service. Over the past year or two it is awful. There are many dropped calls and the signal is weak in many places. I've called them on several occasions about this and they really have no solution. They will just try and sell you more stuff! It may be that their attempt to provide 5G has degraded their standard LTE capability. They also took in Spectrum phones so if you get a spectrum phone it uses Verizon. The additional spectrum customers may have overloaded their network. Whatever the reason, I would try another carrier, maybe T-Mobil is who I will try next
