“Excellent service very fast process for me buying my own, first car. However, if you are getting a loan through your own bank, ask them if you will need the letter of intent and if you have a down payment, the cashier's check separate as well. This was a small issue that needed resolved since my bank typically only gave the letter of intent and that paper would handle the down payment cashier's check.
