The store attendants are not my issue, they’re always very nice. But this the third package we have sent through UPS that has had an issue. The first box was damaged after paying for extra packaging and one of their boxes. The second box was resent to my house because an old label wasn’t blacked out like I had asked. The third box was absolutely destroyed along with the contents inside.
But because I don’t want to spend even more money and use our own boxes, we can’t file a claim for the insurance we also added. So we are now out $75 just for this last package and our friend has a shattered birthday gift.
So in summary, dont use UPS unless you want to outright be out of money and have to spend even more with replacing the gifts.
Get better drivers, ones who care about people possessions and arent negligent and careless.

Since Fairborn store wanted to charge me extra for stuff I didn’t need, I drove out here and talked to Ashley and she got my package out with no problem . Ashley even thanked me for coming out to this store for my business . Thank you

The staff at this store are awesome! I mail things here multiple times a week for my eBay store and they are always friendly and happy to help. My kids love the basket of dum dums too!!

I was greeted by the employees and was given extra details about the various ways to ship my packages. The Pros and Cons and Dori and Carson were both especially helpful. I will continue to use The UPS Store for all of my shipping and printing needs.

If you are attempting to return from Amazon do not use this store. My product came from Amazon in the original product box with only a label on it. I took off the label because I was going to give as a gift. When I attempted to return the item to this store, they told me it had to be in a seperate box and tried to sell me a box for $14, stating because I took the label off. The box was never opened so I am not sure why it is ok for Amazon to ship it like this but not the UPS store? I took my package and left. I changed the return from UPS to Kohl's on my Amazon account and had no problems returning, and a much more pleasant customer service rep. This is a scam trying to get someone to purchase a $14 box. And the bad part of it is most people just don't want to deal with the hassle and pay.

if I could leave negative stars I would. We stopped at the store to ship several Amazon packages back and a store employee met us at the door and was very rude, Instructing us to use the kiosk, scoffing and rolling her eyes at us. When we approached the employees, who were standing there doing nothing, they informed us that Amazon would not accept one of our returns in the same exact box and packaging that Amazon shipped it to us. She was rude and snarky so I asked if her manager was there and could resolve the issue. Then another employee came over and said no actually it’s UPS that will refuse to ship this item back. I told the employee that she was extremely rude from the minute we walked in the door, when she refused to help us with our packages, even though there were no other customers in the store and there were three employees standing around doing nothing. She got belligerent with me and told us to leave the store. We went to another UPS store in the neighboring town and while we were there, there were other customers who had similar experiences in the same store we had just been in as well. The store employee informed us that they hear the same exact story over and over again and that many people are traveling further to their store rather than go and deal with the employees at the Beavercreek store. I left a message with the manager, who was not there over the phone, informing them of our experience and the fact that we left several packages worth hundreds of dollars in the self-serve kiosk and that we have the receipts and if the returns are not received by Amazon we would be calling the police and filing a theft report because we did not trust the employees that were working in the store. The owner of this store hopefully will read this review and take note as there are several other reviews saying almost the same thing that we are, that your employees are terrible and they do not appropriately deal with customers. You are losing money because people refuse to deal with the people who work in the Beavercreek store, several people are choosing to go to the Fairborn store. There was absolutely no issue with the packaging or return of this item at the Fairborn store. The employees there are respectful well groomed, well presented, friendly and helpful. Clean house Beavercreek!!

My spouse brought in my Amazon return that said no box needed just package the item as it was originally sent, and then was told it needed to be boxed and it would be $15 at the store. My spouse left and came back two days later and it was suddenly now $22.
