The store employees has always been very helpful and respectful. I’ve never had any issues going to this store and getting my packages delivered or returned. The thing I love about this store is that no matter how many orders I have they will always be cheerful and help me with it.

So easy and fast! The store was mildly busy and Tay (at Beavercreek store) was able to help me as soon as I walked in the door. They gave great advice and were super friendly!

Everyone i go into my local UPS store, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I'm always taken care of in a timely manner. The employees make me feel as if my reason for visiting is always important and treated respectfully.

This place really went downhill in terms of Customer Service. There’s one lady that works there and she’s extremely rude and curt. Even as I’m walking out the door because she turned me away for having the wrong label she still shouted at me sorry, patronizing.

Employee Dori is very impressive. I was there early on a Tuesday morning and surprisingly there was already a number of people in line when I arrived. Dori appeared to be working by herself but somehow she managed the line of people with ease. She jumped back and forth between all 3 registers, kept people moving, got everyone in and out quickly, and did it with professionalism and a friendly attitude. I saw probably 10 customers served within 12 minutes. She was great to work with!

Even though it says it closes at 8pm both online and on their door and there are clearly employees inside the store, the doors are locked and the place is closed. I just saw 2 other people come here with packages and also having to leave. This is very disappointing and disrespectful to your customers!
